房東人非常熱情，我們人還沒到就先給我們燒好水，煮好玉米。聽説我們要自己煮飯還準備了大米麪條，油鹽醬醋全備齊，還兩次給我們送上自己種的農家菜，讓我們真正體驗了一把好客山東。床上用品也非常整潔乾淨，下次來乳山仍舊住這家。

旁邊離海不遠，出小區就有超市，小區裏停車位充足，就是要爬六樓有點不方便。只有客廳裏有個櫃機空調，房間沒有空調，去的時候晚上氣温不高還用不上空調，不知道最熱的時候怎麼樣。

房子乾淨整潔，周圍環境很安靜，還有房東準備的特產。入住很便利，甚至一點時間都沒耽誤，！另外去海邊開車五六分鐘，值得下次再來！
