I got a room which is at the same corridor as the hotel spa facility, which literally anyone could be walking pass my room, and the door lock of my room is broken, i have been to reception and reported the issue, given the answer that they can’t do anything about it. Phone in room not working, dirty pillowcase, hairs found on desk when we just arrived, insects dead body found next to the sink in the bathroom.

Facilities: The swimming pool is good. The lounge chairs and blankets are very clean. The only downside is that there are some dirt under the pool, but it is understandable. After all, it is outdoors. Just don't look at it. It's a bit disgusting.
Service: The front desk is very good. We checked in late at night and arranged for us to stay on the fifth floor. We wanted to upgrade, but the front desk told us that we would be upgraded to the sixth or seventh floor. In fact, it is similar to the fifth floor. The view of 509 is unbeatable. I think 507-510 are all pretty good.
