Pros: Very nice apartments! Clean, aircon, wifi, microwave, small fridge. Cons: Racist staff( if you are english), very very pooooor food choices, dress code for men at dinner, not many food choices for kids, most of the food is german.Tasteless! My husband had food poison. We had to buy some extra food from Carrefour as the kids won't eat any of the food from the hotel.Entertaiment the same every night for 1.5 h. very boring, no kettle in room( no coffee no tea bags). Conclusion: Nice hotel, very bad food, bad entertaiment. Not a 4* hotel.Nice splash water for kids.

We visited as a family of 4 2 kids and 2 adults kids 4,7. Hotel is mostly clean. But gets quite grubby by the end of the day. Rooms- clean and spacious with a separate bedroom. They have English channels but the tv kept flickering so couldn’t really watch. Had a fridge but no kettle or tea making services. Asked for tea making services and they brought up a kettle. I phoned for cups and tea and they told us to get paper cups from the outdoor buffet and tea from there. (Which really annoyed me. I don’t think I have been anywhere that don’t have tea making in your room). They also don’t change your glasses which we would use for water and they didn’t clean the rooms just made them up, which seemed pointless. The sofa bed is also so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a rock. Even the kids found it hard to sleep on. Food- very poor! Especially for English people. It’s completely geared to Germans. Put it this way, when you can’t even get a decent breakfast, that’s not good! The sausages are all frankfurters all day. Came here two years ago and they had English ones. The choice in general is rubbish. I also got food poisoning, pretty sure from either the salad or eggs (as they were cold). Lunch time buffet is the same thing with burgers, hot dogs and pizza which gets too much in the end. I don’t understand why they can’t just do a ham and cheese toastie! Pool- pools are good. The kids enjoyed the kids pools with slides. Just hated the fact that you always had to have paper cups all throughout the day. Just not the same. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star in my eyes it definitely no more than 3* especially with the meal choices, the staff that basically ignore you or make not effort and the extras such as paper cups, etc. Most of them in the restaurant almost ignore you as you walk in. Coffee is pants and is only out of a machine and doesn’t cater to intolerances if you need something other than normal milk. Entertainment in the evening was good but during the day there wasn’t much to be seen apart from the water aerobics. We have stayed at many other protur hotels in the area over the years and I would 100% recommend Sa coma playa. The staff there are lovely (actually interact with the kids), food is better, has staff that great you at the restaurant and show you to your table, get your drinks, nicer pool and hotel area, felt more luxurious and catered to both German and English. This hotel has been very poor and to be honest I wanted to come home after 3 days after getting sick and the food being so rubbish.

On our final night of a 10 day break. The hotel is spotless, staff are always cleaning and very friendly. Quick check in . Reception again, very friendly and always happy to help. . We had a twin room, all twin rooms seem to look over the pool . Decent size with 2 beds, sofa bed, dressing table, large tv with a few English channels, small open wardrobe and shelves. Mini fridge. The bathroom was modern, with a walk in shower. The towel were always changed. Cleaners always did a good job. The rooms are very well soundproofed, we heard nothing from either room next door to us. We always found a sun bed, whatever time of day, which was great . And there is an abundance of fixed umbrellas , it seemed about 1 to every 3 beds. The pool was never crowded. The food was plentiful , lots of choice, always salad , pasta , meat dishes and themed buffet. Cooking station Was fab. Pancakes churros and omelette made to order every morning. The pudding were amazing, the best I've had. The only criticism is that the fruit juice was very very watered down, which for me made it undrinkable. A good addition to breakfast would be freshly squeezed juice . Entertainment- mini disco , very repetitive even for youngsters. Adult/ family shows - hit and miss, some brilliant , others mediocre . Location.- easy 2 minute walk to plenty of shops, and beach. Market on every Wednesday from 6pm is great and huge, lots of local art/ craft fares. Lilos were widely used La reserva water park.. great for a day away from hotel pool. Stunning setting, few slides great pool , plenty of good and drink available. . Huge supermarket to rear of hotel if anything needed. Very young family oriented . Although a predominantly German hotel, as a Brit, I thoroughly enjoyed and will definately return.

We have had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, we don’t want to go home! The staff here cannot do enough for you, from reception to bar staff to housekeeping and those in the restaurants constantly smiling and work so hard. My husband is gf and when he asked for an alternative the chef brought a gf dessert to the table, excellent customer service. The food is good, lots of choice at the AI main restaurant, all I would say is it’s not as hot as I would like it but that’s inevitable with AI. The continental breakfast could offer a little more, it’s very basic. Our room was lovely, clean and everything we needed, hairdryer is a good one so no need to bring one. The pool area is clean and always easy to get a sunbed never had a problem with that. We hired bikes from the hotel, you just leave a deposit and take the bike for the day we had a lovely bike ride up the coast to Cala bona, wonderful sea views. Definitely walk up to the castle it’s a lovely walk and lovely views when you get there. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and it’s gorgeous. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars close by and also a bus stop right outside if you want to venture a little further. Honestly we have stayed a week and do not want to leave, I would 100% recommend this place for families, especially with small children but even those a little older as there is just a great family atmosphere. We didn’t see much of the evening entertainment as we were out and about but we managed to catch the soul duo and they were brill, had everyone up dancing. All in all this place is good value for money, you will find it hard not to enjoy it here! We would definitely come back again! Thanks badia park for a great holiday.

I visited Protur Badia Aparthotel at the start of October and stayed for a week. We arrived around 13:00 and our room was ready. The room was clean, had air conditioning and was a good size. It had a fridge, microwave and a safety box, it didn't have a kettle, which us British people do like, but it really wasn't a problem. The hotel was great, we always found somewhere to sit for our meals and evening entertainment. The food and drinks provided were good/OK. For the evening meals they always had a themed dinner and then a standard dinner, which changed everyday. Personally I thought the food was ok (my husband thought it was amazing) but I thought it was a bit bland and predictable, none of the dishes blew my taste buds, but I understand that we weren't eating at a Michelin star restaurant. There were cold drink and coffee machines, where you could get a drink throughout the day. The pool was a great size with lots of sunbeds, there are signs which stated that no one could use the sunbeds till 09:00 and we never had a problem. There is the main pool, baby pool and mini kids splash pool at the hotel, but you also have access to a bigger splash pool which I would recommend. My only negative comment would be that the pools, including the children's and splash pools, were really cold. I only swam in the hotel pool once due to this. Our son who is 1.5 years old didn't like pools and he would only walk up to his ankles ! We went to the beach which is a 5 minute walk and I found the sea water warmer than the pools. This isn't a negative comment, just feedback. We knew before we arrived, that the hotel is primarily catered for German guests. This didn't affect our holiday at all, the children's disco which lasts 30 minutes isn't done in English, but we couldn't care less and neither could our son as he was busy dancing. Also the entertainment stopped at 10. The only reason why I wouldn't stay again, would be the cold pools, other than that good hotel, amazing staff and ok food.

This is a comfortable hotel and the staff are lovely I am currently on holiday from the UK but be warned it is absolutely rammed with mostly under school age German children they do not know how to behave when eating running around the restaurant screaming throwing food. There should be a time cut off when children are allowed in the hotel restaurant it spoils it for other residents who do not want to eat on an atmosphere of screaming children every meal time. The food is average and the what should be hot food is not it's warm all the time the microwave is rubbish. There is never enough cutlery and the poor staff are drying teaspoons when they should be clearing tables, there are too many tables in the restaurant so you can't walk about and it's dangerous if you are carrying a hot drink for example and a child is in a high chair something bad is going to happen if it hasn't already. I am a bit disappointed because these are simple changes that would improve this hotel but the management will probably not read this or change anything if the money is coming in but do not visit this hotel for peace and quiet because at the moment it's like a German kindergarten

Lovely clean hotel with nice food . However not a hotel for couples , it was full of very young children and hardly any English . Meal times were like a crèche and chaos . Entertainment poor , all for children and finished by 10 pm . Rooms clean and spacious. If you have a family it’s a perfect hotel but not for couples
