The hotel itself is lovely and clean rooms very spacious. Pool area stunk of drains but plenty of loungers and cleaned daily. Food….not good chips everyday which was nice but variety was sparse.. We always go all inclusive and food is always nice but it was abit of a let down here..one morning the breakfast was cold and we was there 10mins from opening time.. There is some lovely restaurants outside which we went to so maybe should have not gone for all inclusive.. Overall we had a nice break

Nice room with separate living room - hob and fridge with a couple pans and plates could do with sponge and washing up liquid and maybe a spatula as these are not things I want to be buying for a week stay to be able to cook as we only had breakfast included . Have to pay extra for kettle which is rather annoying. We were on the top floor on the side closest to the bar and the noise was awful when kids were running across the stage and kicking footballs about on the stage it echoed about so bad it sounded like it was happening in our room This would be all day until 11/12pm I’d recommend not allowing kids to play up there unless in use for an activity as it’s not pleasant when trying to get an early night or just relax in your room. Then early in the mornings you’re woken to the cleaners dragging chairs about. Also music blasting outside all day which is nice sometimes but when you’re just trying to relax in your room it’s not great. Breakfast was ok nothing special. As we were just breakfast included we had to pay for drinks and a soft drink was in a tiny glass mainly ice and the price as a half pint. The hotel is clean and nice and the staff are friendly.

We had the pleasure of spending our holiday in September/October in this wonderful hotel, which pleasantly surprised us from the very first moment. Overall, we can say that the holiday exceeded our expectations. The combination of pleasant accommodation, excellent service, beautiful beach and perfect timing outside the high season created an unforgettable experience for which we are very grateful and will fondly remember this holiday. Thank you very much.

Just average. Staff were decent but didn’t go above or beyond. The dining room wasn’t as tidy as I’d hoped and the food was bad. We ended up eating out for every meal even after being all inclusive. Quite dated In places but we visited in September at the end of a busy season so wear and tear is to be expected.

Me, My mum and Auntie had a lovely 4 night break in this hotel, After reading the reviews I was very worried, We stayed in the junior suite and it was very clean and spacious. I think people are expecting a 5* at price of a 3*. I will say that the annex isn't the best place so it's worth asking to move before your stay and pay a little extra for the junior suite like we did. We always found something to eat in the restaurant, including my Auntie who is a vegetarian, However it would be so much better if they had a little (V) next to food that is suitable for vegetarians. There was a fantastic live band on 1 of the nights who catered for all music types, Bingo and a quiz. The pool area could do with a little work but for the price we paid we didn't mind. The beautiful beach is literally down the road with shops and restaurants close by. We visited in October, We had it good weather wise and even better as wasn't to busy. The cave of dranch is worth the visit. We got a bus and paid when there. Absolutely stunning. We all fell in love with sa coma, Definitely would visit again.

Spent 4 nights here with friends and would definitely recommend. The room was very clean and modern, the bathroom was nice and the shower was very good. We had a junior suite for 3 people, it was an ideal size with a double bed and a sofa bed. There was lots of storage for the 3 of us. The balcony was a good size with a nice pool view. The only downside to the room was the sofa bed, it was a pull out single bed underneath the sofa which was on wheels, we could not work out how to put brakes on so was unable to use and my friend slept on the actual sofa which she said was extremely comfy. The food was good, there was a variety of choice for the 3 main meals with breakfast being our favourite. The snacks were not fantastic but the option is there if you want anything. Drinks were basic but good. Cocktails, ice cream and crisps are not included in all inclusive. The 2 pool’s were nice and always clean, there was enough sun loungers even if you did not go down first thing and reserve one. We only spent one evening in the hotel bar which was karaoke night, we really enjoyed this! We also seen entertainment on other nights as we were leaving or coming home and it always looked fun. We were offered day time entertainment whilst by the pool but we did not take part but it is available if you’re interested. We didn’t visit with children but there is a kids club. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely, they done all they could to help answer questions. There is somebody on reception either 24 hours or until very late which is really good. The area around the hotel has lots of bars and restaurants within 5/10 minute walks and also the beach which is stunning. There is many different shops, supermarkets and other tourist attractions very close. We highly recommend Britannia Bar which is no further than a 5 minute walk away from the hotel, great food, entertainment and staff. Every Wednesday evening from 6pm between May and October (I believe) there is a market directly next to the hotel which is great, lots of different stalls to look at. There are bus stops within a 5 minute walk from the hotel which take you too the nearest towns (We visited Porto Cristo) and also into Palma which is a beautiful city and lovely to spend the day exporting! It cost us around €10 return. We asked at the reception about bus times and they gave us a very easy to read time table for all the services you need. We had a great stay and will definitely return to this hotel in the future, thank you to the team :)

Blue Sea Gran Playa. Sa Coma. I am not normally one to write negative reviews, because everyone has different opinions, but this time people need to be very wary, so this will be a long one – with pictures where possible. Food. The food was terrible and repetitive. Even being first into the dining hall, food is only lukewarm. One day found some long black hairs in the cake platter, told waitress and she got the chef to take it away, but instead of taking the platter away and returning with a new platter of cakes, they plucked the hairs off and just added more cakes to the platter (you could still see the indentation in the topping of the cake, where the hair was removed. Be very wary of names on food as well. One day the lunch menu stated turkey, when asked where the turkey was, I was directed to a dish marked beef roti, and it was pork steaks in gravy, no allergen/ingredient markings on anything and often not what it states it is. There were a few items on the menu such as the rice and Mallorcan potatoes that were very salty. The snack bar is a joke, most of the time has stale bread, slices of ham, cheese, and cold chips. There weren’t any timings for the snack times either, if there was it wasn’t noticeably big. EVERY person we spoke to in our week there all said the same about the food. Pool. Very cold (cannot do much about that, this time of year) but pool very shabby, lots of little tiles missing. Lifeguard, constantly on his phone barely watching people in the pool (I know people will say, it is up to the parents to watch their kids, and I agree, but he is there for a reason). At 6pm when the pool is meant to be closing, the lifeguard literally just gets up and walks off, not even warning people in the pool that there is no longer a lifeguard on duty, or telling them they should leave, he just goes off. Rooms are presentable enough but do suffer with cockroaches coming up through the shower drains, and a constant smell from the drains in and outside of the rooms. In all other all-inclusive hotels, we were supplied with a kettle and a few sachets of coffee, tea, and sugar and some pods of milk. The balcony could also do with some side privacy screens. You go out and can see what is happening on everyone in close proximity to you. Toilet door has no lock, bad enough when having kids in the room as well but made worse when the shower screen is plain glass, so no modesty at all when using and someone opens the door. (Let us be honest, how many kids listen out for the running water of someone having a shower, if they want the toilet, they will just go in there. The shower tray itself was shallow (which caused the water to overflow onto the floor) and slippery it could do with an anti-slip covering or at least a silicon mat. Tables and chairs in the room are metal and rusting, causing you to catch yourself on them or leaving marks on clothes. Drinks. You have to pay a €1 euro deposit on a plastic beaker that you hand in and get your money b

We had read very mixed reviews about this hotel, and wasn’t sure what to expect but for the very reasonable price that we paid, we decided to take a chance and I’m glad we did. The hotel was very clean and well kept, maybe a little tired in places but didn’t affect the holiday, and our room was spotless with a great view., junior suite floor 7, in the main hotel. The staff were friendly, and the cup system was great , you pay a euro per cup on day one and each time you get a drink you take your empties and get it in a fresh cup, this meant no half full or empty cups lying around the pool and we didn’t see a single fly or wasp the whole 5 days, and you get your euro back at the end of your holiday. All local spirits and soft drinks included if you wanted cocktails it was about €6. Food is always a difference of opinion but if you can’t find something here that you like at each meal then I think the problem is not with the hotel. people need to remember that it is a 3 star hotel- if you want 4 star food then pay for a 4 star hotel , but I have to say I thought for a 3 star the food was actually good and we were pleasantly surprised Yes it could be repetitive but I think all inclusive always is, we found something nice at every meal and it was always so well presented and clean, empty trays topped up immediately and they had a good selection of bread , salad, always hot meat and fish options, pasta and sauces, soup, chips, paella, cold meats and cheeses, fruits, and much more, and they had wine, beer juices and soft drinks on tap to self serve. Breakfast was also a good selection, with continental pastries , cereals, and lots of hot options as well as toast bread, jams, butter, yoghurt etc The snacks in between meals was very basic but let’s face it you really don’t need it anyway! The pool was cold but really clean, they didn’t open the doors for sunbeds until 9am while they cleaned the pool area thoroughly and they tested the water regularly. No rush for sunbeds, very laidback (but it was October) Beach a short walk away maybe about 7 minutes, which was a really lovely long sandy beach!
