It was a great experience! Nice helpful staff, comfortable room. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The breakfast selection is huge and delicious. The hotel is highly recommended!................................................................

Fabulous hotel nothing any trouble ,once they sorted it needed Gluten free they would come out with a tray of bread etc ,staff very friendly, Spanish tax and little bit more then expected, kids entertainment we felt was a bit late ,adult entertainment bit rubbish, but otherwise lovely area & hotel x

Nice hotel , excellent staff all round , excellent food , fresh and plentiful, half board plus very good with local wines and beers included , nice drinks from the bar areas good prices , clean and fresh , comfortable rooms , fridge and safe , took my own folding kettle as like a cupa , coffee in the dining area horrific only real negatives, a lot of fresh fish dishes but many other options available. Location 10 minute walk from the beach , small town , not much really to do wouldn’t recommend out of season. Pool I would imagine in the height of summer a nightmare way to small for the size of the hotel along with very limited parking. Outside area nice , inside bar areas lights are terrible not a relaxed area as so bright, evening entertainment not great but overall ok good standard 4 star hotels, renting towels ok but only change after 3 days with kids this may be a problem . SA como ok but Cala Millor better only 10 mins down the road.

Had a relaxing fortnight at this hotel, the reception staff were very helpful when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. We paid the tourist tax of €72 for 2 weeks ( you can pay by cash or card ) We are a couple in our seventies and just wanted a nice place to enjoy this beautiful island, we were not disappointed. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and loads of shops , bars and restaurants on your doorstep. We were Half Board which suits us perfectly. The food was good, plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner, always found something we liked so never went hungry. We paid for all our drinks at dinner including bottled water ( you have the option to charge this to your room and pay at the end of your stay) we found this was usually the case in other hotels previously as well. We had a lovely room overlooking the pool, the bed was very comfy and the bathroom was quite big and spotlessly clean . There was no kettle in the room but I had brought my own, there is a small fridge but no freezer compartment but that was ok. We hired the safe for our stay, €10 returnable deposit. The housekeeping staff were lovely, changed towels every day and bed linen when required. The pool area was great and kept clean regularly, no problems with sunbeds, always plenty available all day. Didn’t watch much of the hotel entertainment as we preferred to visit the local pubs where there was live music most nights. All in all we had a lovely holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to return to this lovely hotel. Thank you Marfil Playa.

The hotel was perfect for me and my 2 children (6 years old and 8 months old) and my mother. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We were half board and the food was absolutely brilliant, always hot and fresh. There was plenty of choice to choice from...you could never go hungry! The animation team were brilliant with my son. He loved the arts and crafts and face painting, pool bingo and aqua dance. Special shout out to Cristian for making my son's day by giving him a rare pokemon card to keep. The swimming pool was always lovely and warm. The only negative I have was that the lifts were to small...once I had to wait 20mins just to be able to get in a lift with my daughter in her pushchair!! All the staff were so happy and positive in their jobs. Special shout out to Meli in the restaurant...my daughter loved her and Meli was very attentive towards here. We will definitely be back...hopefully next year!!

A last minute break with a friend. We arrived late and dinner had already finished. The hotel had kindly put on a small buffet selection for us, which was lovely. Rice, meat, salads, breads etc. Straight to the bar for a glass of fizz. And the fun started A lovely clean hotel. Food was really nice, and plentiful. Lots of choice. Cocktail list was great. Pool area was really nice. It wasn't too busy so always managed to get a sun lounger. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly. Beach was a very short walk away with lots of shops in the surrounding area. A nice relaxing beak at a clean, friendly hotel.
