Me and my three sons spent a week in Hotel Mulk. I'd like to share my impressions and great experience with other guests, who are choosing hotel for their holiday. Starting from the booking, i felt that the hotel staff was caring about us.A wonderful girl Kristel helped me to make the right choice.As i found out later, she previously worked in luxury hotels in London & Dubai,which explains high level of her professionalism. When we arrived at the hotel, it totally lived up to the reviews from previous guest.Everything looked exactly the same as it was described.I deal with design professionally , and i can confirm that Mulk is comfortable and beautiful. I love skiing and frequently come to Austrian hotels.Breakfast in this one was absolutely amazing,both in terms of range of dishes and the quality of service, and the same refers to dinner. I'm also very thankful to the hotel personnel for detail of explanations of the specifics of skiing slopes in Saalbach Hinterglemm . In the era of post truth, i feel it absolutely necessary ton express my gratitude to the hotel personnel for our awesome holiday and reply to Michelle's feedback. Terry

Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff, happy to meet any requests for food/drink which was greatly appreciated ☺️ Rooms very clean, fresh towels every morning. 2 minute walk from ski bus, locker room at the hotel. Highly recommend ⭐️

Just spent a week at Mulk. We were so well looked after by Chris, Julia and all their super friendly staff. They do customer service sooo well. The rooms are great, finished to a fabulous spec. Spacious, heated floors, great bathrooms, just what you need after a days skiing. Thank you all for a great week. And not forgetting the marmite and peanut butter for my toast!

Unser ,großes‘ Familienzimmer für max.4 Personen war für 3 Personen sehr eng. Für 3 Nächte aber okay. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war leider etwas spärlich. Der Kaffee nicht besonders gut, keine regionalen Produkte und nur Aufbacksemmeln. Der Weichkäse sah jeden Tag ein bisschen ranzliger aus.. Wir wollten an einem regnerischem Nachmittag im Sommer die Sauna nutzen. Da diese im Sommer nicht durchgängig geheizt wird (was auch völlig okay ist!) haben wir 2 Stunden zuvor Bescheid gesagt, allerdings wurde diese dann nicht beheizt und wir konnten sie somit nicht nutzen, sehr schade. Check In & Out waren sehr unkompliziert, alles super.
