She helped us communicate and translate with the police, ensuring that we could clearly explain the situation and receive assistance. Her help was truly invaluable in getting us safely rescued. In addition, the hotel manager and staffs generously drove us from the police station back to the hotel and assisted us with the necessary follow-up arrangements. Their patience, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond their duties meant so much to us. We are truly grateful for the care and support we received. "It was a very interesting experience. The rooms are scattered throughout Aikawa Old Town, so I recommend staying at the main building for convenience. The building itself is a century-old house. Sado Island is very beautiful, and the sea view of Oo-Turtle at the northern end of the island is amazing!!"

"When you go upstairs, the toilet smells, and you smell when you sleep or wake up. The private room seems to be renovated, but the Shoji windows are thick with dust for several years. The grilled fish for breakfast is like a sponge. Garbage and dust that cannot be seen directly in the gap of tatami mats in the room of the meal. I booked this inn because there was no other inn around here, but I regretted that I should have made it an inn in another area separated from 20-30."

"When I made a reservation for three people through Trip.com, it automatically changed to a quadruple room and I was charged for four people, so I couldn't make a reservation for three and ended up losing money for one person. The hotel's public bath was small and only big enough for 3-4 people, which was a bit of a concern, but otherwise it was comfortable. The buffet-style meals were also delicious and nice."

"We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The Japanese-style room had a separate bathroom and toilet and was very clean. The bathroom had a tatami floor to prevent slipping. The bath was cola-colored and not too hot, which was very pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Sado rice and sake were also excellent. In addition to the regular meals, we requested a boat-shaped platter of sashimi. It was very satisfying with fresh squid, turban shells, abalone, sweet shrimp, and blackthroat seaperch. The next morning, they made simmered fish and fish soup (which was surprisingly ginger-flavored and refreshing!) with the leftover fish. We were given cookies when we left. The service from the manager and staff was also natural and pleasant."
