位置很好，但房間暖氣很弱，睡在房間裡很冷。

部屋も共用部も清掃が行き届いており、とても快適に過ごせました。
1点だけ残念だったのは、駐車場を予約した際は料金はかからないと伺いましたが、当日は無料の場所が埋まっていて有料となってしまった事です。でも、1泊で500円だったので良心的な料金設定だと感じました。
立地も両津港からすぐでアクセスが良いので、また佐渡へ行く時は是非利用したいと思います。

トイレやシャワーは室外で共同だがゲストハウスなので当たり前のこと。
室内はきれいで大きなベッドがあり満足だった。
なんといっても両津港の佐渡汽船ターミナルが徒歩数分の近さで便利でした。

プラス点
・スーツケースを午前中に預けることができた
・部屋やベッドは清潔だった
・港からほど近く、朝一のフェリーにスムーズに乗れた
・枕元に電源を用意してあり、寝る前の充電が簡単だった
・シャワールームや洗面台は使いやすく、シンプルでとてもよかった。
マイナス点
・バスタオルが別売り200円を当日知らされた。持ってきてるわけがないので二人で400円の出費。もはや最初から宿泊費に上乗せしておいて欲しい。
・WiFiがあることをフロントで知らされてなかったので接続が遅れた。
・部屋にティッシュボックスがなかった。洗面台にアルコールスプレーがあったが、これならティッシュを部屋において欲しいです
・階段のみ３Fだったのでスーツケースをあげるのがかなり大変だった。

朝食付きプランを頼んだのですが、なぜかコーヒー、紅茶は別料金と言われました。こんな朝食プランってありますか？
あと浴槽つきのお風呂を利用したのですが、なぜか風呂のイスと洗面器が備え付けられておらず、浴室の床面に直に座る格好となりとても不衛生でした。
駐車場が非常に狭く、停めるのに苦労しました。
