"Lovely hotel with 40 or so rooms all on one level, most with a private terrace next to the pool, half dozen with sea views. Seems like there are more pool lounge chairs than guests - not going to be fighting for a spot. “Room” service to the lounge chairs outside your room. Super chill and the staff are wonderful. One could spend the entire trip inside the hotel and miss the wonderful city of Gandia: don’t. Get out and explore. Highly recommend."

"The hotel itself is fine. The gym however is very neglected. For the price you pay, the changing rooms are dirty. In the men's changing room, the door is hanging off one of the showers. They very rarely re-fill the soap and when they do, it's horrible cheap stuff. The door on the other shower doesn't close and hasn't for 3 years. There is no soap by the sink anymore, just empty dispensers. You cannot clean your hands after using the bathroom!! Surely this is not legal? Also, one of the treadmills has been out of order for weeks and the aircon isn't put on in advance so it's often too warm. For the price of membership, this is very poor."

"Fabulous Hotel from the minute we walked in . Wonderful, friendly receptionists to welcome us . Quick check in and everything accurately explained verbally and a paper format handed to us to explain everything we needed to know. The superior room we were àllocated on the 11 th floor was beautiful. So extremely spacious and the view from the balcony over the sea front is so beautiful. The room has everything and more from dressing gowns, slippers, bottled water daily and lovely toiletries. The room service is brilliant, the lady who looked after our room so friendly and takes care of our room daily . Fresh sheets bliss , fresh towels bliss a truly wonderful experience. Onto the dining room and it's wonderful staff , you all do such a wonderful job looking after the hotels guests. The food is definitely 5 star plus and the choice is truly amazing. This is the first Hotel we can happily say that provided everything and more to us . This hotel is worthy of 5 stars plus. An Oasis of calm in every area of the hotel. Only one area I felt was neglected was the outdoor bowling area. The carpet could do with a stiff brush or hoovering periodically. The seagulls seem to enjoy flying over and depositing their faecal matter. Definitely a bit of a hazard as the bowls and hands are picking up all manner of nasty things. Otherwise everything Fabulous thank you . Looking forward to returning in spring 2024 for hopefully more blissful days being thoroughly pampered at your wonderful hotel. Well done everyone 👏 👍 "

"Small hotel.Spotlesslt clean.We had a very nice room overlooking the pool.Staff very friendly the only thing letting it down is the food.Not a lot of choice and often cold, we had to buy our own butter as they only offered margarine but only then sometimes.There is a microwave but you can't heat up a cold fried egg.No mini fridge in our room so our milk for our travel beverages went off. Good if you needed an overnight stop but not as a holiday hotel. Very near the beach though.Clean"
