Aparthotel Adagio Access Saint-Louis Bâle Reviews

The location is the main catch - 7 mins drive to the airport and 1 min walk to the France/Swiss border. Bus stop is right in front of the property and the tram stop is just 4 mins away.The apartment is ok, just basic. The property is a bit old but well maintained but can use some renovations especially the carpet. I perceived a funny smell as I stepped into the room (I think it's from the carpet). The service is fantastic, the staff attends to you with smiles always. There's a private swimming pool . There's a kitchenette in the room with some essentials(fridge, kettle , pots, plates, microwave, cutlery , induction and co)though I didn't get to use them. The room is spacious but the shower room is small.The cleaning can be done better - found some hair strands on the floor, dust/stains on the chair and the barrier at the back door/balcony. I like that the main door is always locked and you are given a code to unlock it from outside, feels safe. There's someone at the front desk 24 Hours. There is a restaurant directly opposite the property, I had dinner there on my first night, not bad and the price is reasonable. More cafes, shops and restaurants down the street about 3/4 minutes walk. The Lady at the front desk assisted me to order a taxi to the airport. New hand towel and sponge in the kitchenette Overall, not bad and it's reasonably priced.

Location is good which is close to tram station, easy access to Basel city. It is close to supermarket too.

Hotel is well located. Walkable to all main attractions within 30 mins. I would recommend to book a rooms with a balcony worth it. Few small supermarkets on a street and another one bigger in 10 mins walk. 15 min from Gare Saint Louis. Room was big and clean !!! Nobody cleans my room for entire stay. No housekeeping at all. That was pretty disappointed

The apartment was very nice.well furnished including the kitchen. It's located right by the border to Switzerland making it easy to visit Switzerland and Germany at anytime via Basel. There are shops right in front of the Hotel so you can cook your own breakfast. They also have a swimming pool which was great to get some cardio in during the cold. Only disappointment was that I left shoes in the apartment and the reception claimed they weren't brought so I was sad about this. Otherwise Id highly recommend ☺️👍

We was 9 night sejour in adagio hotel, the holidays days was very relaxing thank the personal, location and good apartment room to enjoy our trip.First of first all the receptionist was very friendly and kindly and the hotel large studio was super clean and comfortable,the bed very comfortable and can very good sleep, kitchen is well with all what need for to cook some lunch or dinner.The hotel hat one schwimpool but we have nothing us because was not the time for schwimm.. The location of hotel was super you can in saint louis shopping go directly to station Frontiere ( that is 100 meter form Hotel) with bus 604 up E.Leclerc saint Lois,( is 10 bus station) here find many französische Spezialitäten and the same time.from hotel up basel very close to basel city and Bahnhof train station with tram 11. We have pay week tickets for 7 days for 45 Frank pro person for Basel and all Basel Zone and for 47 Frank pro person tickets for Zürich for to go and back.The time is very quickly run and is everywhere many attractions., The Adagio hotel is for sure one address to recommend to another costumer.thanks for the nice holiday time.

Suitable for family outings, just across the Basel border, with direct trams and buses to Basel train station and airport. There are also small supermarkets and Carrefour nearby, very convenient.

This is one of the best options if you need to stay near Basel airport or near Switzerland. The hotel is conveniently located 50 meters from the border of France and Switzerland. And then by tram 11 you can get to the center of Basel. And by tram 8 further and to the German Weil on the Rhine. The hotel includes a small pool in the price of accommodation, but no sauna. The room has everything you need for cooking, there are glasses, but no corkscrew. The hotel has an elevator. The Internet works at a speed of about 25 Mbps. An iron and ironing board are located in the laundry room. Washing clothes is paid. Very soft large bed, clean sheets. Quite quiet. TV without Internet connection, only channels in French. The hotel was a godsend for us.

A hotel with a kitchen.. There were plenty of towels and a refrigerator with a fan, which was nice. There was a sink, microwave, and induction to cook food.. There was also a terrace, so the atmosphere was nice. The female employee at the reception during the day was really friendly.. Why was the black old man I saw at night so angry.. If a guest doesn't know something, they should explain it kindly, why did they yell at him? The next day was even more amazing. We rented a car and needed to park for a day, but even though the parking lot was empty, they said there was no place to park and told us to park on the street. On top of that, while we were waiting for the elevator, they came up behind us and started breaking boxes and making a lot of noise. I thought it was racism from the first day, but it really made me feel it~ They say white people discriminate against black people and Asians discriminate against Asians.. This person made me experience it firsthand. I was really angry, but I just let it go because I had someone with me. If it weren't for that old black guy, this review would be 5 stars. I liked it so much that I added an extra night to my stay... But I'm leaving a regretful review because of that old guy.

Since it's France, the hotel prices are... honestly, not that great
