Location is great, grounds look terrific, room was worn, AC stopped working on Day 2 & reached 78 degrees, ice machine on 5th floor doesn't work & restaurant/lounge is very expensive.

I did a reservation for 2 queen size beds when I got to the hotel the gentleman at the from desk told that they only have rooms available with 1 queen size bed.

Okay
Sink didn’t work. Got locked out of my room while bringing the room service tray outside. Called the front desk to ask for help. I had to go downstairs barefoot to get a new key. They could have gone the extra distance and brought me a key as asked, but they chose not to. So they don’t get marks for doing so.

Not great
Not that great of a property for a Marriott. It was a bit run down. Not to mention, they were fixing the ceiling in the foyer upon check in and it was a mess. The elevators were not working properly, either.
