"I came to this hotel to watch a concert in さいたまスーパーアリーナ. It's about 8 minutes away from Shinto Shinto Station, and the environment is very quiet. The hotel is not very new, and the decoration is ordinary, but the room is large, which is very good at this price. The front desk staff are very friendly I am older and don't speak foreign languages, but my attitude is very friendly. There is no self-service check-in. It is a 3-star hotel so there is no entertainment. If you just want to rest, it is no problem. It is worth a try."

"Given how expensive hotels are in Tokyo, I decided to stay in the Omiya area at the Excel Inn Omiya. It's really convenient, being close to the train station. The hotel is large, new, and clean. The rooms are standard Japanese style, which is perfectly fine considering the price compared to staying in Tokyo. They also have a free onsen on the 12th floor. Plus, there's a convenience store right in front of the hotel, which is incredibly handy."

"We stayed here as a family. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably. What's particularly noteworthy is that we could use the washing machine, and the towels and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Also, the screen gave us a sense of escape from everyday life, and even our family, who don't usually watch much TV, found ourselves engrossed in watching videos. If I were to make one request, it would be appreciated if there were even a few microwave-safe dishes. The kitchen is probably mostly used for heating up food purchased from convenience stores, but there are some items that would be better transferred to another container, so please consider this. We would like to stay here again when we are in this area. Thank you very much."
