The room was, of course, spacious with a fantastic view – we were absolutely thrilled. The hotel breakfast was excellent, leaning towards Western style and quite refined, with a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel isn't far from Urawa Station, where there are several department stores for some shopping. Plus, the airport shuttle to Haneda Airport departs directly from the hotel, which is super convenient. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Saitama."

"I booked a twin room with breakfast for two nights. The room size was decent for Saitama. The location is great, very close to JR Omiya station, making it super convenient for getting around. The top floor has a large public bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a tiring day of sightseeing. The hotel breakfast was also good, with both Japanese and Western options. The scrambled eggs were especially delicious, and there was a wide variety of dishes. Definitely recommended! The only downside is that there are too few washing machines – only three – so you pretty much have to fight for one if you want to do laundry."

"The place was clean and the location was great, just a five-minute walk to the station. Amenities were excellent, even including a toothbrush. The capsule itself was spacious enough to change clothes comfortably, though you couldn't stand up. It even had a TV. The free snacks were varied and you could read manga, which was a nice touch. There were always staff present, and the female-only area required a key card for entry, making it feel very safe. I'll definitely use this place again."
