"Handy and easy walkable distance from JR Omiya Station which is just 30 minute train from Tokyo central. User-friendly and hassle-free self-check-in machine at the hotel lobby only costed me 3 minutes to get the room card. Hotel interior design is cosy with good vibe. Room is decent and spotless. The public bath was nice and clean. Breakfast was a surprise, with great variety of decent food choices. My stay was great and I have no complaints. Thanks for the hospitality!"

There was also a long counter and chairs, and there was a full-length mirror and a smaller mirror on the wall that could be used for applying makeup, which was very nice. The water tap? was closed from the start, and even when I tried to move it, it wouldn't open, so water accumulated in the tap, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it was very nice."

"There was a slight difference between the amount on the receipt and the amount I paid to TRIP COM, so I asked, but they just said it was fine without any explanation. It was inconvenient that they only gave me one room key, so I asked if there was another one and they said there wasn't. However, when I checked out, they suspected that there should have been another room key. I was distrustful of the male staff member who checked me in, wondering what was going on. His attitude was unfriendly and unpleasant. I wish they would properly educate the staff on basic knowledge and customer service."
