Amazing
Modern, pristine hotel with professional courteous staff, great facilities and OK rooms. Breakfast is full on Japanese experience, but with toast, scrambled egg and pastries available for the less adventurous

The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. However, they don’t speak English, so communication is done via translation tools. The location is convenient — just one stop from the train station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone attending a concert at Saitama Super Arena — it’s only one station away!

I was searching for a place to stay before a concert at Saitama Super Arena, and I was drawn in by the reviews and location, so I decided to book. It's just one stop from Saitama Shintoshin, where the arena is located, and the area around this hotel is full of convenience stores and restaurants, so I had no trouble finding somewhere to stay late into the night. The lobby also had a classic feel, creating a very relaxing atmosphere.

Not only baths and saunas, but also rest facilities are very complete. There are plenty of massage chairs, hammocks, and manga, so you don't want to go out and stay here forever! I thought. I used it for accommodation for other purposes, so it was a pity that I could not fully enjoy this facility due to my short stay. I would like to come again!
