I stayed in a business twin room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view, so I was very comfortable. I stayed here for the first time because I had an event at Saitama Super Arena the next day, but the station and the venue were right in front of me, and it was a beautiful hotel, so I was very satisfied! I stayed alone, but I was upgraded to a larger room, and the bath was great, with enough space to stretch my legs out! The breakfast was delicious, both Japanese and Western! If I have the chance to come here again, I'd definitely like to stay here again!

It was the first time for me stay two nights at Omiya, despite it's a business hotel but it is totally not the same as other. The decoration in the room is fashion, with a Korean big TV, the lobby floor was amazing view at 13 floor, the Spa at 14th floor with Open area was the best I like. In addition, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, despite no fresh made eggs or omelet, but the selection of breads, salad, Japanese foods, the foods are with high standard. I am highly recommended to anyone who want to visit Omiya.

The hotel has good security management, with three layers of security doors. There are small bags of Pola cosmetics at the front desk, which is very satisfactory.
