Pros: The waiters are friendly. Free umbrellas are available for loan. Disadvantage: The air conditioning in the room cannot be adjusted. When the weather was very hot, the waiter asked me to open the window and many mosquitoes flew into the room. The room needs to be baked. Every time you enter or leave the hotel, you have to hand the door key to the reception desk for safekeeping, which is very troublesome. The room equipment was dirty, such as the hair dryer and air conditioner, which were obviously stained.

I stayed in a business twin room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view, so I was very comfortable. I stayed here for the first time because I had an event at Saitama Super Arena the next day, but the station and the venue were right in front of me, and it was a beautiful hotel, so I was very satisfied! It was the first time for me stay two nights at Omiya, despite it's a business hotel but it is totally not the same as other. The decoration in the room is fashion, with a Korean big TV, the lobby floor was amazing view at 13 floor, the Spa at 14th floor with Open area was the best I like. In addition, the buffet breakfast was wonderful, despite no fresh made eggs or omelet, but the selection of breads, salad, Japanese foods, the foods are with high standard. I am highly recommended to anyone who want to visit Omiya.
