This stunning property boasts 4 Full Baths (2 have steam showers), 4 bedrooms each with a king or queen bed, Office (also with a queen bed). One of the "bedrooms" does NOT have a door, it has a desk in it and can be used as a bedroom or an office.
The entire condo is completely private.
This condo is right above two amazing restaurants. The unit is built with sound proofing but does get ambient noise/vibrations from the ventilation system in one of the bedrooms during business hours.
We are happy to set up the two twin beds by request.
This property is in the very heart of downtown, just across the street from The Salt Palace Convention Center and just down the street from City Creek shopping & Dining. Just a couple blocks from Temple Square & a few blocks from Gateway & Vivint Smart Home Arena, home of the Utah Jazz. The property is incredibly walkable, bursting with food, coffee, and nightlife options. Make sure to visit Pretty Bird while you are here, YUM!
