Salt Lake City is so popular to tourists that it is hard to get a good deal in the last minute. We booked Motel 6 which told us they did not have a bed for us when we arrived. We had to rebook, and Metropolitan Inn had one room left according to Trip.com. Thus we were fortunate not to go to a more expensive one. The facilities are good. We were happy to stay there for two nights.

I won't stay here again. The person working the desk didn't seem to understand or listen to the answer to his questions, kept asking the same questions repeatedly; two servings of coffee in the room, one regular , one decaf. Room cleanliness: someone else's hair on bathroom floor. Difficult and expensive to leave truck in parking lot for the week we were gone, even though we were staying there on our return trip. Just frustrating overall experience.

Got to hand it to Rocky, he actually knows what customer service is all about. If he isn't all ready he should be manager. Helped me our even when all booked up! Switched rooms without a hassle. The hotel itself is just like any other motel 6. I give 2 stars on amenities no shampoo furnished and coffee doesnt happen like the one in woods cross and a few other things that other motels furnish, location downtown not the worst but not the greatest convenient to trax. Overall 3 stars (4 if you get Rocky checking you in)

No facilities, just like the service. I went to Huangshi to rent a car in Salt Lake City. I stayed for about ten days. There is also a parking lot. The price is reasonable, the hotel is a bit old, and the hygiene is barely acceptable.

This was an emotional trip - to support a close friend. During the stay the breakfasts were a great help to our schedule and pretty tasty. We were happy to be as close to our destination as we were. Due to a surprise time change in our trip, the folks were very helpful in getting a room on very short notice for one more person. All in all - very satisfied with Comfort in and the staff.

We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…

The bed is large and the room is large. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple and very close to the city centre. I took a taxi at the airport and collected 30 pieces. These old hotels abroad are basically showers that cannot be held. It was snowing the night, the next day was fine, and the photos taken in the room.

Hotel was not full when I arrived which allowed me to take up spaces with car and trailer. When I woke up at 1:00 am to leave it was packed. Room was moderately clean, walkways could use a good power wash. But we're still in a pandemic I understand. Best part of Motel 6 is that they are pet friendly and I will stay there every time because of this.
