InterContinental Hotels San Antonio Riverwalk

The hotel and amenities are great. I really loved the gym, it was big with plenty of equipment. The pool was also a great addition. The room was nice and modern and the beds were super comfortable. There were a few crumbs under the bed when we checked in so maybe housekeeping accidentally missed it & didn’t bend down to check. The only cons would be the bell hop service needs some work. We needed help with our luggage checking out but there was a shortage in service & they were very backed up, we didn’t want to be late checking out so we had to make multiple trips to bring our luggage down. Lastly, the shower drained slowly so it made the water back up slightly.

Awesome option Great stay! Very clean. Staff was great. Very quiet location away from the Riverwalk noise.

Everything was wonderful. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was amazing.

We wished we got to stay longer! The hotel staff was so helpful, friendly & amazing! We loved how clean the entire hotel was and luxurious in their details. We weren’t sure if we would be close enough to the Riverwalk, but it was definitely the perfect choice to get a couple minutes of walking to enjoy the beauty of the Riverwalk without being in the loudness of the crowds & restaurants. We absolutely had the best sleep in their beds and linens. And the hotel restaurants were such a bonus-enjoyed a lovely dinner at their Cavalier restaurant! I would definitely recommend and come back next time!!

Highly recommended! Beautiful property in great location! We were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit and also utilized the less than 2-mile complimentary vehicle drop-off. Staff were very hospitable and helpful. Great coffee shop! Clean, comfy, and contemporary rooms! I hope to be able to return and stay again with my family! Fantastic visit!
