I been coming here for years, this hotel is unbelievable, clean, close to everything and very nice, now is even better for me because the people at front desk are the sweetest persons. When you come to this hotel always look for TIANA, ALBERT OR MADISON. they are extremely nice and they welcome you with a smile, they make u feel home. Hope the owner knows how valuable this people are.

Room smelled musty and felt tired. Carpet is freyed. No towels available in the pool area. Waited 2 hrs and they kept saying they’ll have towels in 15 mins. We finally haves up and went home. The hotel needs major renovations and it seems to have been neglected. I was very disappointed.

I stayed at this hotel before and felt good. I placed an order again this time and was still satisfied. It is a 5-minute drive from the UTC shopping district. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and drinking coffee at UTC. It is also close to 3 large supermarkets (Trade Joe's, Whole Foods, Ralphs). The hotel gym is not too big, but the facilities are complete. There is a seafood restaurant 50 meters away from the hotel. The taste is good and the dessert after the meal is delicious.
