Bad Experience. Poor customer service at front desk. I say this because despite the hotel making a huge mistake by cancelling one of our rooms, they did very little to rectify the situation. We reserved 2 spa suites for 3 nights online in August for an upcoming business trip end of September. When the four of us got there for check in, we were told that there was only 1 suite reserved despite showing them the email confirmation for the 2 suites. Finally after much insistent, they realized that this is true. According to them, apparently someone on their end had cancelled one of our rooms and they cannot explain why or who or how it happened. We did not get the second spa suite that we reserved. They put us in one superior room for 1 night and than they moved us to a standard room for 2 nights. Because of this, we will not stay here again. Last year, we stayed at the Elke Spa Hotel. Way better hotel in terms of price for customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience. We will be returning there for all our business and personal days.
