房間很乾凈，設施也很新，訂的是一個套房，送了歡迎水果和專屬卡片，服務很細緻；前台不在一樓，需要從電梯進去；出門右轉800米就是moscone展覽中心，商務出行也很方便；遺憾的是酒店不含早餐，連自助早餐也沒有，衹能自點；酒店周邊沒有homeless，感覺很安全。下次還會住四季。
