San Francisco was fantastic and the Marriott Marquis capped off an amazing stay. The room was perfect and the location was accessible to everything in the city including the nearby shopping. Would consider staying here again at our next time in San Francisco.
My husband was at a meeting at moscone center, so we booked the nearest one. The view from the 26th floor was really great. We stayed there for 5 nights in total. We were arranged to stay on the 7th floor on the first night and moved to the 26th floor on the second day. The service was good, taxis were convenient, and AVIS car rental was right next to it. However, parking was a bit too much at 600 per night, so we only rented it for 2 days. We took the ding ding taxi and Uber the rest of the time. Union Square is within walking distance, very convenient
The St. Regis San Francisco can be said to be the ceiling level of local hotels, and it is also one of the top hotels I have stayed in in the United States. It is in an excellent location. SFMoMA is next door to the hotel, and it is basically only a 5-7 minute walk from the Union Square shopping street. The overall size of the hotel is not large, but the services, hardware, and facilities are very exquisite and delicate. Although the quality is far from the St. Regis Hotel in China, it cannot be judged by domestic standards in the United States. It is highly recommended!

The Four Seasons Hotel in GDC is crowded with people, but the quality of the room is not bad, the sheets and pillows are very comfortable, but the bathroom infrastructure in the United States is too old, but the location is very good, and the quality of MKT BAR is still guaranteed. Probably the best near Moscone
The hotel is very luxurious.
The breakfast space is especially beautiful.
The rooms are also clean.
The staff are also friendly.
The hotel also has a convenient Ghirardelli store and a bar.
The swimming pool was small but convenient to use.
I think I will use this place again next time :)
The overall experience of staying at the Hampton Hotel in San Francisco this time was very good. The hotel is strategically located near the city center, with convenient transportation, professional and enthusiastic front desk service, and efficient and fast check-in. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is very rich. It is a cost-effective choice. I especially like the quiet atmosphere and clean environment of the hotel, which gives people a sense of peace and relaxation. However, it should be reminded that there are relatively more homeless people around the hotel at night. Although it does not directly affect safety, it is still recommended to minimize going out alone at night and stay alert. Overall, this Hampton Hotel is still a recommended place to stay for business and tourists. I will consider staying again next time I come to San Francisco.
This trip to San Francisco was quite pleasant, mainly because the hotel was very satisfactory. The location is good. Take the BART subway from the airport to Montgomery Station, and walk a few minutes from the station. The hotel is on Montgomery Street, close to MARKET Street (a main commercial road), and the surrounding is clean and safe. Take two subway stations or walk for more than 20 minutes to reach City Hall Square, visit City Hall and the Asian Art Museum. It is also very convenient to go to Fisherman's Wharf or the University of California, Berkeley. The hotel is on a high floor with a good view. There seem to be 5 elevators. You don't have to worry about waiting for the elevator. It is very efficient to go up and down every time. The room is very spacious, with large floor-to-ceiling landscape glass. 3 28-inch suitcases can be easily opened flat. The shower room does not have a glass sliding door, which is a bit strange. I am very satisfied with everything else. The lounge area in the hotel lobby is very spacious, with a small convenience store, and you can use the $15 shopping voucher issued by the front desk. The breakfast is more expensive, but the variety is rich and the quality is very good. We enjoyed one breakfast and one afternoon tea, and the experience was very good. There is a coffee machine and a small refrigerator in the room. You can buy some sandwiches, fruits and yogurt from the convenience store for breakfast. Free luggage storage is provided after check-out. The service staff at the front desk, restaurant and convenience store are very good. I will come again if I have the chance.
When booking and paying room fees through the Ctrip platform, hotels sometimes charge additional fees such as city service fees, and the platform will clearly list additional conditions when booking. Like the platform! In the last two checkouts, I found that the hotel had duplicate bills. Although the customer service of Ctrip successfully returned the bills, I still saw the loopholes in the hotel management, which caused troubles for customers. I was not happy.
Great experience. The service was very good and helped me a lot and the location was good. The reception staff is very kind, the overall experience feels respected, and I look forward to staying again next time.
The hotel is very new and the layout is very innovative. The door card is a round wooden sign. Breakfast was very rich. You can see the bridge from the room. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even sent us to the car rental location for free on the last day.

GGuest UserAmenities are really lacking - the room lacked basic items, including no free water in the room, no slippers, only one dressing gown (despite being booked for two people). Temperature controls were inconsistent. The lighting was either on or off - no way to turn off just a few.
Service was predominately pretty poor - staff were grumpy and aloof from our arrival onwards. But Sammie was fantastic - when we encountered an issue with the heating in our original room she was super accommodating and friendly.
Redeeming qualities - the room was really clean, housekeeping were great, the view from the roof was great, and the location was walking distance from so many places (MOMA, Union Square, Oracle Stadium, Chase Stadium, Pier 33 for Alcatraz, ferry building etc) as well as good food options.
小小果果2013The hotel is located in the Union Square in the city center, and the transportation is very convenient. It is only five minutes walk from the Dangdang bus terminal. There are a lot of buses at Bart station, and the 30th doorway can directly reach the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge. Breakfast can be settled in the opposite starbucks. Sorry for the lack of photos in the room. The modern decoration is basically clean. The only problem is that there is too much homeless in the city center. If it is too late, it is recommended not to go out alone.
SSaitenierliuchanIn addition to a few towels, there is no supporting facilities, which is incomparable with the configuration and service of domestic hotels. It is really rubbish at home.
CChris YinThis south of market motel was the best I can find on short notice. It’s within walking distance to the shopping area near market street, Merton and SFMOMA. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning lady knocked only once and proceed to open the door while I was sleeping in the room. It did make me feel a little unsafe staying there. Not the best place to stay in SF but the price and location makes it an option for people attending conferences nearby.
GGuest UserAwesome hotel for the price! Was looking for something affordable for one person and near BART. It's right next to the Civic Center stop, the front desk attendants were kind and helpful, room was simple and clean. Nice big bathroom mirror. Wireless was good, I worked during the day in my room. The coffee shop inside the hotel was closed for some reason, but there's so much coffee in SF I'd just walk somewhere.
