The Heavenly Bed truly lives up to its name—it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The staff was welcoming and professional throughout my stay, ensuring that every need was met promptly and with a smile. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge team provided great recommendations for local spots to check out. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and on-site dining options, were top-notch. I especially appreciated the rich history of the building itself, which added a unique element to my stay. Overall, The Westin St. Francis is a perfect choice whether you're in San Francisco for business or leisure. Even a suite with an area of ​​over 100 square meters cannot escape the small bathroom of a few square meters. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The sink is very small. If you are not careful, your toothbrush and toothpaste will fall into the toilet. The network is very good, that's okay. Located at the highest point in San Francisco, the view is great, and the room looks directly at ** Island. Walking down the hillside, you will find Chinatown and Union Square 2 blocks away. You need to climb back up, which is a bit hard.

The hotel is run by Japanese people. The overall feeling is good. The gym is great! There is also a swimming pool. The valet parking fee is 85.5 per night including tax. It is recommended not to rent a car when visiting San Francisco. Our car was parked in the hotel for two days and we paid the fee.
