Delightful spot off the town center but still within the walls. We had a lovely room with a terrace in their second building. Everything in the building functioned well and the breakfast was simple yet satisfying. Wonderful inn in a wonderful town!

Stayed 3 nights in San Gimignano at the start of our holiday to Tuscany We were a family of three and were given a room in Palazzo Al Torrione 2 which is just a couple of doors up from the main part of the hotel room was very comfortable, nice big beds, bathroom was down a few steps, which was a bit hairy in the middle of the night after some local Vernaccia, but the bathroom was a good size and had a good shower Breakfast was served in the main part of the hotel and was the usual italian offerings, very nice and the coffee was good as well location wise you can't really go wrong in San Gimignano as it's not a very big place but this hotel is located away from the main street so it's a bit quieter and it's also close to Porta San Giovanni so easy to reach the car parks just outside the town there are a lot of steps in this hotel so it might not suit those that have mobility problems

It is a B&B perfectly placed in a historical context, comfortable and very clean. Mrs. Vanna welcomes guests with professionalism and provides useful information to experience the country to the fullest. The breakfast is quite assorted and served by a friendly Laura.

I stayed one night in this very nice b&b in the center of the beautiful village of S. Gimignano in a quiet street. The room furnished in rustic style was clean, welcoming with a comfortable bed, new bathroom and a beautiful view. Excellent breakfast. A stone's throw from a paid car park also served by a shuttle. Friendly and helpful staff, they gave us all the information even for eating. Possibility of having a free tasting of typical products in a restaurant in the centre. Being an ancient building, for those who have problems, there is a staircase to reach the rooms. I recommend the structure.

Wonderful place with beautiful rooms and a quiet atmosphere that is appreciated. In the middle of the heat wave, the air conditioning worked very well. Very good location to explore this beautiful town. Delicious and homemade breakfast.

Excellent location in the center… nice and characteristic rooms… very kind staff… absolutely recommended… all the necessary information for visiting San Gimignano is given at the reception… some restaurants also offer a discount to guests of this facility

Unfortunately, our room was not suitable for sleeping, as the dated windows let in various sounds from the street below (vehicles, glass bins being emptied). Some furniture surfaces were dusty. Some of the staff smoked inside the b&b during the day.

Scelto come sempre da Tripadvisor, location molto caratteristica in pieno centro, ma non troppo, di San Gimignano. Via laterale molto tranquilla rispetto alla via centrale sempre strapiena di persone. Vicino al parcheggio superiore di cui la titolare ci ha procurato l'abbonamento per i giorni di permanenza, veramente comodo. Struttura antica ma ben tenuta, camera pulita con pavimenti in pietra e soffitto in legno, con vista sulle colline, tutto molto bello. Colazione molto buona e personale gentile e collaborativo. Unico neo tre rampe di scale, ma d'altra parte se si viene in questi posti si deve venire preparati alle salite. Consigliato.
