There's a lot to say about this place for starters if you go through ******* just know that they're going to charge you the 20% when you get there so don't do that do not get the the all-inclusive breakfast because it is definitely not worth the extra money I suggest going out to eat the staff were really nice and very kind I love that there is a pool on the roof but remember that they also have a restaurant on the roof so it's a little much when you're trying to go and relax in a pool with a ton of people watching you while they're eating all in all though it was it was a decent place to stay I would definitely stay there again like I said just don't go through ******* and don't pay more for the breakfast

I recently stayed at the Ciqala Hotel in Puerto Rico over the weekend and had a great experience. The room service was excellent—prompt and attentive to every detail. Breakfast each morning was amazing, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere in San Juan!

Excellent hotel

No place for a breakfast , they bring it at the room and came late when I need to do the check out , basically i did not eat.
No water at the room
They don't sale water

Nice Place
I had a wonderful experience in this propery since I arrived the general manager Miguel, Paola the receptionist also James. Love the breakfast in the room first time having a experience like that. I only stay for one night but next time we would love to stay for longer. Thank you to everyone who make us feel welcome.

Different room assigned
On the website I choose a Signature Suite and when I got to the hotel they had on their reservation a regular 1 bedroom suite. I requested the change but they told me the hotel was full

Hotel is very tiny and small. Pool is inside a rooftop restaurant and can fit about 6 people. Parking space is very limited inside the hotel and very very very tiny. Hotel employees are seen sitting in the guest areas and it seems very creepy. Shop next to hotel is very rundown and looks very creepy with all the drunks hanging around
