The hotel is rather basic but more than adequate for a short stay. Rooms are clean, if a little ‘dated’, but mine was very much on the small side, without anything resembling a proper desk, or even a proper place to store my suitcase. Breakfasts (an extra 12 € or so) were nice, with non-sugary croissants, tortilla, cheeses and all standard elements. The lobby is minute, without space for accompanying hosts to sit and wait. It is, at least, open all hours and the staff are helpful and efficient. On checkout there was a bit of a mix-up over what was paid and what was outstanding, but this was probably not the hotel’s fault. The location is very convenient for the whole city.

Having arrived at the hotel after a long, exhausting drive the receptionist asked for ID. We presented our European drivers’ licence and he would not accept them as a form of ID. Our car was a 10 min walk away in an underground car park and he insisted that we went back for them. No offer for us to leave our heavy bags. Upon eventually checking in and getting into our room, the view from the window was terrible. It was into an old internal square within the hotel with dirty washing on the floor and very little light. The walls were paper thin and we had a terrible night’s sleep due to the floor above moving chairs around until the early hours.

Hotel con mala insonorización… se oye todo lo de la calle y todo lo de dentro del hotel…. La cama no es confortable y además es algo pequeña para ser de matrimonio. Baño muy pequeño. Café de nespresso muy rico, lo único que mereció la pena. Conclusión pagamos demasiado para lo que nos encontramos.

Hôtel central, bien situé proche de la plage de la concha. Seulement 2 étages avec ascenseur. Chambre propre, literie confortable2 lits simples côte à côte. Pour un des deux lits, le drap du dessus était sur la couette au lieu d’être en dessous. La climatisation est très bruyante. Salle de bain petite, propre, fonctionnelle. Nous avions un balcon donnant sur la rue. Pas de parking dans l’hôtel. Il y a des emplacements de parking payants dans la rue mais peu de disponibilité. Parking à disposition à 10/15 mn à pieds. La salle du petit déjeuner est petite. Buffet propre, très simple, choix limité, les viennoiseries sont bonnes,

Een hele kleine en benauwde kamer. Minimaal ontbijt. Wel schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Prijs te hoog voor wat je krijgt. Zeer Gehorige straat. Slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding en gehorig. Op loopafstand van het strand en de oude stad.

部屋は狭い。ドアを開けたらすぐベッド。バスタブがある部屋もあるようだが、自分の部屋にはなくシャワーのみ。wifiはチェックイン時にPWを教えてもらえる。冷蔵庫あり。 バスク鉄道の駅・バスターミナル・旧市街からいずれも徒歩10分程度。海は直接ホテルから見えないけど1ブロック先にある。全般的に立地は悪くないと思う。

Cominciamo dai punti a favore: hotel situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia La Concha e a 10 minuti dalla città vecchia; pulizie soddisfacenti, per tutto il resto è stato un calvario. Appena arrivati ci hanno dato una stanza matrimoniale piccolissima con una altrettanto piccola finestra che dava su un muro cieco, quindi mancava di aria e di luce. Fatto presente l'hanno cambiata con altra stanza chiaramente per uso singola, infatti entrava un solo comodino e metà armadio, alla fine del letto c'era muro con passaggio strettissimo, ci siamo comunque adattati, ma il giorno dopo appena aperto lavandino il bagno si è allagato, cambiato di nuovo stanza e finalmente ci hanno "concesso" una camera decente anche se piccola, tutto questo per la modica cifra di 230 euro a notte senza colazione. A proposito della colazione l'abbiamo provata per 7 euro a persona: scadente e scarsissima, il giorno dopo abbiamo provato la Panederia/Cafeteria dietro l'angolo, ottima colazione a 4, 50 euro.

A fuir ! Tres mauvais rapport qualité prix. Pas insonorisé, on dort avec les voisins ! Chambre minuscule, on a du mal à faire le tour du lit ! Climatisation des annees 70. L’impression de dormir dans une cave !
