Too far from town and no traffic after 11:00. The hotel is surrounded with different hospitals but quiet all the time!

Well locate outside of city centre for night travel to cross the North of Spain. The place is clean and very well designed. It’s a pity that staff, although pleasant, are not adequately trained. They got into a massive fight with us about double beds. Although available, they refused to give us one.

parking could be an issue during the day, in the morning, because of their proximity to a hospital 🏥. Afternoon onwards, it is fairly easy to find a free spot though.
Some rooms don't provide a fridge!
No issues with internet connectivity.

The room is very stylish and has a beautiful viewing platform. It's nice to sit there and drink a cup of coffee in the morning, which is refreshing!

The hotel is in the suburbs. A bit remote. It's not very convenient to go to the supermarket. But the hotel has its own restaurant and bar. There is a local restaurant about ten minutes' walk away, which is also OK. The swimming pool is not big, but the atmosphere is good. The bed in the room is also very comfortable. It meets the four-star standard. Generally speaking, it is suitable for people who drive themselves to stay overnight.

The reception staff were very friendly upon arrival. We arrived before check-in time, and they told us that since it was clean, we could check in right then. The room was luxurious.

It's in a very convenient location for transportation to Sociedad's training ground, stadium, and the city. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

It was only 4 bus stops from Rena Rena and just a few minutes walk from the station, so it was very easy to get around! The room was clean and of course there was nothing to complain about.
