Carpeting in the hallway very stained. TV in room needs to be higher and in front of the beds. I thought when I looked at the pictures of the room when I booked it, there was a TV in front of the beds and in front of the couch. Needs to be something in the shower/toilet room to put your stuff on. Need another mirror out in the room someplace.

Super service at check-in! Great service at check-in! He took note of our early flight time to be sure coffee was going and to have a few grab-and-go breakfast items ready. He also upgraded our room with an extra bed for our 2 teens and offered a coupon to the Texas Roadhouse nearby.

Meh...great customer service though! We called to ask for joining rooms, which the lady on the phone was so great about. Reiterated that they were unable to guarantee it, which I understand. The front desk agent was fantastic. So incredibly helpful and personable. Very apologetic that they could not provide joining rooms due to a mechanical failure with the AC in one of the rooms. With the FL heat, I wasn't going to complain! The room....was less than great. There was blood on our shower curtain and in general, it was outdated and showed signs of wear for sure.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction in progress at the property. Construction equipments blocked several parking spaces and wires were hanging down under the overhang. The snack market was very understocked.

Excellent, Will Return The property is presently being renovated, and we look forward to seeing the finished product. The Front Desk Supervisor, Imran Peera, is excellent. He is professional, courteous, and makes guests feel welcome, much like one would find in higher-end hotels in places like New York. We've stayed there before and will definitely be back.
