環境，距鳥巢和大侗寨很近，交通方便，三江動車站出站就可以看到4路公交車，上車直到鳥巢下車即可。

酒店的地段很好，在多耶廣場和三江鼓樓旁邊，步行去三江鼓樓3分鐘以內，步行去月也侗鄉鳥巢也是5分鐘多點，打車去三江風雨橋1公里起步價可達，步行去也可以。前台小姐姐的服務也很好。一樓有免費油茶品嚐。酒店入住當天20點前可以退的規則也很友好。但客觀講裝修和設施老舊了點，翻新一下就更好了。

客房在三樓，電梯昨晚八點左右就壞了，今天早上七點多退房時還是壞的，兩個八九十歲的長者衹能步行下樓。
服務員只有一兩個，人太少，老闆太捨不得花錢請人了。前台服務員小妹態度還是不錯，但感覺就她一個人有點忙不過來。
房間設施感覺比較陳舊。周圍環境比較嘈雜。
當然，價格也不算貴，雙標間118。

從入門開始，沒有安全感，反鎖反不上，窗户被卡在一個位置關不上，叫了前台處理之後不了了之。聽着窗外猜碼聲到凌晨2點多。5 6點鐘又陸陸續續聽車子啟動的聲音。都説了要朝向安靜的，結果一晚上我就迷迷糊糊能睡3個小時。
