房間還可以，風景很好，管家也很不錯，酒店有大草坪帶娃很舒服，比山下的民宿好。還可以聯繫管家安排採茶炒茶，

幾年前來過一次，原來叫星空，現在改作星緣，已做好了設施陳舊的準備，卻還要被低劣的服務嚇一跳。木樓沒有準確門牌，你要拖着行李箱逐個查看；瞭解一個簡單訊息3個小時才回復；衞生間堵住使用不了，幾次打聯繫電話沒人接，到服務枱尋人幫忙，二十分鐘也沒有人出現。經向當地政府熱線和旅遊部門投訴，半個多小時才有一個工作人員慢悠悠上門，見我自己想辦法疏通了，回話就是：哦，能用就好。第二天退房，向前台投訴，回覆是國慶節，客人太多，忙不過來。布央美景依舊，可惜被這家低劣的服務態度寒透了心。

剛到酒店，前台告知原本訂的山景房在打掃，給我們免費升級了觀日房，我們很開心地入住。
晚上到了酒店的餐廳吃飯，前面有一桌，餐廳老闆説加微信留手機號，大概四十分鐘左右做完我們的餐之後通知我們。我們照做，在酒店等了一個小時，餓得受不了，到餐廳發現又來了兩桌，均已上菜，我們的菜還沒開始做。我們詢問的時候，老闆很慌亂，然後狡辯説原本就排在我們前面。（之後我們私下跟客人詢問過時間線，店家在撒謊。）表示不滿後，老闆並未表示歉意，而後我們等待十五分鐘，老闆現做餐食，我們就餐。
當天晚上十一點半左右，老闆根據我預留的手機號（事情發生後，我就給他微信拉黑了，因為不會再選擇如此不愉快的就餐體驗），給我發訊息，表示今天做好的兩桌比我先來，他一直在撒謊並未表示歉意。凌晨給我發短訊，且一直在辯解，從未表示歉意，我不明白是什麼意思。
但是總體來講，酒店環境還是不錯的，可以在房間直接看日出。但建議前來住店的遊客，自帶餐食，酒店的餐廳食物難吃不説，價格不便宜，且老闆的信譽堪憂，很難想象如此人品能否保障食品安全。

一言難盡 上山下山的路都很爛 難開
搞不懂他這個四星是怎麼評上的
他們所謂的“套房”哪來的底氣要價差不多600塊 衹看到有兩個工作人員
衞生堪憂 水龍頭一打開都是黃色的水
茶具是別人用完沒清洗的 壺裡麪還有泡過沒清理的發黴的茶葉 真是無語了
由於在山上 除了環境還可以 其他要啥沒啥 到處堆的都是裝修材料 吃飯要到山下村子裏 不方便 山路下去不好走 想着晚餐就在餐廳吃吧 前台説餐廳衹有三個菜 菜單估計臨時手寫的 看完菜單真有點兒哭笑不得 臘肉、茶葉蛋、板鴨😓真是第一次住這樣的所謂的酒店 要不是時間有點晚了 真想退房走了

定的是園景大床，到酒店裡免費給我升級了觀日大床，景色很贊，就是看日出需要起的早，定了6點鬧鐘，早上起來到露台看了日出，中午遇到下雨，雨後的景色比日出更好看，可惜手機拍照不給力，以後出去玩一定要帶個好相機

景色環境很好，店裡也熱情，需要什麼都會馬上幫忙拿，衞生設施也挺好，剛好趕上村子裏有活動，侗族百家宴，家家户户都帶有自己的菜，遊客可以隨便坐和村民一起吃飯，當地村民非常熱情，來了都是客人，整個氛圍太棒了

酒店地理位置優越，山頂風景很好！衞生也很乾凈，工作人員們也很友好，非常推薦！有早餐提供，很方便，但是離核心景區觀雲閣有段距離，推薦自駕的朋友前往。
