Services are not enough compared to to European, US, and Japanese accommodations. However, the location was so good and staffs are so kind to tell us about many things. Even though the cost was inexpensive, I am satisfied with this stay, absolutely.

Cleanliness level need to be improved. Safe with security guard at the lobby area. Location is good very near to metro station.

Please, don’t think twice about booking this place, as a solo traveler safety is my top priority and Amistar Apartment has it all, clean, safe, “Prime Location”just two minutes walk from Cerro Santa Lucía and 7 minutos from Plaza de Armas. Also easy access to tour guides and many Malls and gastronomic options. Gabriel and his team made sure to make feel at home away from home during my stay! Thanks for your excellent customer service. I messed up my booking and they sorted it out for me so I'm very grateful. The place was nice, clean, well located and comfortable.

The master bedroom door cannot be closed, and there is no clothes rack in the bathroom, so there is nowhere to put a change of clothes!

The accommodation facilities are also good. The wifi worked well, the location was great, and the security was really good!! lol There are many restaurants and cafes around!! Hot water runs well, and cooking utensils such as a microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator are well-equipped.

Except for the fact that it took a little while to check in, overall it was good. The kitchen was nice and the hot water came out well. However, the bed was a little uncomfortable.

Because it was an apartment-style hotel, it was spacious and comfortable. There is a separate bedroom, and both the living room and bedroom have windows, so you can see the city! Unlike hotels, the only amenities were shampoo and soap. (No tissues, no water) Shower towels are provided, but there are no robes. There is a kitchen so you can cook, and the refrigerator is large enough to fit most ingredients.

They also kept my luggage for me, which was very helpful. The service is good and the rooms are clean. Highly recommended. The location was central, so everything was within walking distance, so it was convenient.

The location of the room is very good. It is very convenient for traveling, dining and shopping. However, the service needs to be improved. When I need help in a foreign country with a language barrier, I don’t know who to turn to. I can’t communicate with the host as smoothly as Airbnb, and I encounter difficulties. Always solved promptly.

The room is small but fully equipped. A room of more than 10 square meters is divided into a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen. It is almost difficult to turn around. But fortunately, the location is in the city center, the environment and transportation are relatively convenient. It is also safe. There is a supermarket next to it.
