The hotel environment is good, the location is good, and the service is super good. We originally booked two rooms, but after checking in early, the front desk gave us an extra room for free. . Hahaha, South Americans are really enthusiastic

The room was clean, but the water pressure in the bathroom was insufficient.
The service is very good. The restaurant downstairs is delicious, but the breakfast has few varieties and is not as good as other hotels.
I helped store my luggage for 2 days. Thank you very much.

In my opinion, the price does not match the quality, for $150 per day the hotel does not offer free drinking water, no slippers, robes, all toiletries are for an additional fee. To get a higher floor, I waited until 3 pm to check in, but the view was directly on the neighboring house and nothing more. The breakfast is average. For this price, you can rent a hotel one level higher, and get the appropriate service and comfort. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars! I do not recommend it.
It's easy to explore Las Condes from our hotel with quick highway access and a bus stop a few steps away. We are a 10-minute walk to Araucano Park and Juan Pablo II Park, and 15 minutes from Parque Arauco and Alto Las Condes shopping centers. Our hotel offers a boardroom for up to 38 people.

Lamentablemente la calefacción solo tenía posibilidad de enfriar la habitación,tenía 38 grados cuando llegamos y se tardo aproximadamente unas 5 hrs en descender hasta 28 grados
The Novotel Santiago Vitacura Hotel is in the Vitacura District, making it the best option for business, pleasure, shopping and culture. During your stay, you can enjoy our facilities, specially designed for your rest and well-being. You can also take advantage of the hotel for your meetings and seminars. The hotel rooms were remodeled.

The hotel's breakfast is rare and rich, but the omelette has no vegetables. But there are actually wolfberries and various dried fruits, and the fried eggs are also very nice. The rooms on the east side can see the snow-capped mountains. Although the building opposite blocks it a little, the overall service is great. After communicating with the front desk, check-out was delayed until two o'clock. You can store your luggage, but it's a bit far from the airport. It cost more than 200 yuan to take a taxi.
Thank you for choosing our Wyndham Garden Santiago Kennedy hotel.

Facilities: Complete
Hygiene: Clean and tidy
Environment: Good location, there are shopping malls and restaurants around
Service: Good attitude, good service
The overall atmosphere is very good, convenient and quiet, I will choose this place next time
As one of the most luxurious hotels in South America Mandarin Oriental Santiago enjoys a reputation for style - service and outstanding facilities. Located in the exclusive neighbourhood of Las Condes and with a choice of award-winning restaurants - beautiful rooms and an outdoor pool - we offer the perfect base for your Santiago stay.
GGuest User2024.08.15
It is not a place where you can catch public transportation right away.
The outdoor pool is not heated, so the water is very cold at the moment, so I couldn't swim.
However, the gym facilities were good.
Simple fruits and water were provided.
In particular, water and carbonated water were continuously supplied, so I enjoyed them without any shortage.
There was a problem with the shower room, but they changed the room and even gave me wine as a gift, so I was impressed by the service once again!
At the commercial, financial and tourist converging point of Santiago, Novotel Santiago Las Condes is ideal for combining work & leisure in a single trip. The hotel with pool has meeting rooms with AV equipment, modern, spacious rooms & free parking. Its restaurant has an international menu and breakfast offerings. Bonus: fitness center, business center, WIFI in the common areas and concierge services
GGuest User2024.04.09
There was a disjoint between the restaurant and hotel. System needs improvement. No wardrobe in room surprised me. Good beds. Room in average condition. It took 25 minutes to check out (no waiting that’s simply the time it took for what should have been a simple admin procedure). People are very nice they just need improved operating processes.
The ibis Manquehue hotel is comfortable and ideal for your stay, whether for business or leisure. The functional rooms have large beds, air conditioning and free WIFI, where couples, families or singles can be accommodated. It has a delicious breakfast, with different options, including vegan and gluten-free. The Kitchen restaurant offers food, with a 24-hour bar. As well, this is a pet-friendly hotel.

The location is very good. Las Condas is a wealthy area with relatively better security.
Breakfast is OK.
The room is very very small. The so-called twin room is a large bed ”cut apart”. Be careful when booking a twin room.

Outstanding
JJon BarfootThis was not our usual pick for Santiago but we had meetings nearby and took a chance. The suburb that Almasur resides in is a quirky and friendly neighbourhood with a charming plaza of restaurants, cafes and bars. There are a few private schools and colleges, the Main Street is cobbled and lined with Plane trees so it has an atmosphere rather like Paris! The hotel is brand new and perfect for business with large rooms. The cafe bar down stairs is great for working and meeting. I will be staying here again.
GGuest UserI loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night.
There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix.
The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish.
Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

**Exceptional Stay at The Grand Harbor Hotel!**
I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand Harbor Hotel, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who made check-in quick and easy. The lobby was elegantly designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the harbor. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided ensured I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout my visit, which was a huge plus for both business and leisure purposes.
The hotel’s on-site restaurant offered an outstanding dining experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring fresh, delicious options to start the day. I also had the chance to try dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was top-notch, with creative dishes that were expertly prepared.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s spa, which provided a serene and rejuvenating atmosphere. The services were indulgent, and the staff were professional and attentive.
The location is perfect—close to the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, but also peaceful enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
Overall, The Hotel provided a truly memorable experience, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!
AAAYAThe best choice with perfect services. RQ Santa Magdalena Hotel was new and very comfortable hotel with so nice interior and exterior. It's so best location near of Mall Costanera Center and CBD. Very beautiful views. Also the hotel rooms with the kitchen, Including all kitchen equipments and accessories. Hotel's front desk was very kindly and warmly. My flight was in the morning early after my staying at the hotel. Front desk (Her name was Catalina) delivered my breakfast to my room previous day. Also she gave me very nice room with excellent views. The window was looking to the Sky Costanera Center, I'm so thankful for the hotel's front desk Catalina and her colleague who was a guy. I want to say them thank you so much again. See you soon in beautiful Santiago de Chile again 🇨🇱💕👍👍
GGuest UserRecommended, good value for money, very clean, if you go to Easter Island, you can store your luggage for free, the airport bus is just opposite the hotel, 2,000 pesos is very cheap! Go straight inside the bus station and go out from Gate 4. The bus to the airport is at No. 22, which only sells tickets for the day. The bus leaves at 7 am every day, every 20 minutes. Just prepare change to give to the driver. If you take the bus from the airport, you can see T1 when you exit Gate 6, and T2 when you exit Gate 4. You can buy tickets at the baggage claim exit and at the bus stop, and get off at the end. Go out of the bus building and turn right to the traffic light on the four-lane road. The roadside building across the road is this hotel, with a glass door, not very obvious.
ZZHENTAOThe environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.
CCUILIIn the upscale community, there are many good restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant with street foods on the opposite side of the hotel. There are six recommended dishes, each of which is very good. Order a bottle of Chilean eighteen arhats, the price is similar to the supermarket. The design and decoration of the hotel is very artistic, and the first floor has sculptures and paintings for sale. The service is very good, the room is spacious, the breakfast choice is more, the welcome drink is available, and you can go to the terrace restaurant on the 9th floor. The companion said that the service is much better than the nearby Ritz Carlton service. I also borrowed a kettle from the front desk to boil hot water. The restaurant on the first floor is also very good and the price is reasonable. There is also a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. There are a shopping mall at three or four intersections.
YYNFThe service girl at the front desk is very good. Whether arranging check-in, arranging breakfast or answering various inquiries, she does her best and is enthusiastic. Her English level is also very good. Security is always open and greeting. The beds and supplies in the house were all clean and dry. The room on the side was bright and bright, and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The tallest tower in America on the left and the famous snow-capped mountains in the distance on the right were clearly visible. Overlooking a quiet yet lively street. It is only walking distance from the supermarket at the foot of the tallest tower, opposite the Starbucks and below, surrounded by pizza, McDonald's, KFC or other hotel restaurants. The transportation is convenient and safe. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Yogurt, cheese balls, kiwi fruit, ”sweet twists” and coffee are all my favorites.
