We felt welcomed from the moment that we stepped into the hotel. The front desk staff (especially Nicole) were so hospitable; it shows that they love their city and are excited to share their culture with you. The Club Lounge had wonderful amenities. We especially enjoyed the offerings in the evening, with multiple food options, a soup, and delicious desserts. Their complimentary evening drink offerings included Chilean white, red, and sparkling wines, and mixed drink of the day. One evening, there was even fresh sushi from the Japanese restaurant downstairs. Outside of breakfast and evening hors d'ouvers, the Lounge had beautiful fresh fruits and a cappuccino machine, along with bottled water and sodas. Leonardo in the Spa was wonderful in helping us set up spa reservations and making sure everything was 'just right.' The spa works on a reservation system, to ensure space and privacy in the pre-fabricated hot tub. There are also hot stone recliner tables, steam room, and sauna that are available. These were included in elite status (Platinum and above). The upper floors have excellent views of the Andes, or the park nearby. Great shopping is nearby at the mall. We had excellent breakfasts in the restaurant buffet. They have eggs to order, benedicts, lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. We enjoyed the cappuccino machine, the honey comb, and roasted veggies, and pastries. Such a wonderful start to our day! We enjoyed 2 stays at this hotel - both before and after our cruise - and can't recommend it highly enough. Would definitely return if we're in Santiago!
