The room was clean and tidy, and the smart toilet was very comfortable to use. The bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel is conveniently located next to Tianya Town and Tianya Haijiao, and it's not far from Nanshan, making it easy to get around. Great value for money. I even caught a breathtaking sunrise in the morning, which was a wonderful surprise!

The hotel is beautiful and well-located. While the facilities aren't brand new, they are very well-maintained. It's close to the beach and has a huge, lovely garden with daily, non-repetitive kids' activities, perfect for families. Front desk staff, Xiao Liu and Xiao Tan, provided excellent service and even upgraded our room. The hotel is also conveniently close to nearby attractions, making travel easy. Overall, it was a great stay.

The sea-view room completely exceeded expectations; the ocean was right there as soon as we opened the balcony door. The service was incredibly thoughtful, down to the smallest detail. Chen Xiaochu and Wen Huiting, the front desk ladies, were especially kind during check-in and even gave us a gift when we left. The hotel is just a two-minute walk to the beach and provides complimentary sun umbrellas and beach chairs.

The hotel room we booked was having most beautiful sea views I ever experienced, Hotel, swimming pool, restaurants and private beach were clean, and user friendly, the hotel staff were helpful, kind and polite, the most elegant staff member named Evelyn(陈小慧） helped me to get birthday cake for my partner and kept it until 12am, waited until I came to pick it up. While checking out she greeted us with some souvenirs. It was a most pleasant and memorable stay at Jinsha hotel.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations; you can really see the hotel's attention to detail. Rooms and facilities: The room was more spacious than pictured, with a clean, minimalist style, and the hygiene was impeccable. The bedding was so soft that I slept soundly all night. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and good quality toiletries. Breakfast was a mix of Chinese and Western, featuring local specialties and pastries. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the restaurant service was prompt.

Facilities: Well-equipped, everything you need is available. Hygiene: Very clean, with daily housekeeping. Service: Attentive service, all requests were met. The hotel stay exceeded my expectations, and the front desk staff were very thoughtful.

The weather wasn't great these past few days; it was cloudy, which wasn't ideal for photos. However, the hotel's environment and location are beyond reproach. Just across the hotel's large lawn is the beach, and the lobby is very open and airy. The room was also quite spacious, and the front desk even upgraded our room type, offering views of the garden and pool – a huge thanks to the warm and friendly front desk lady! Dining and drinking options in the surrounding town are very convenient. If you prefer not to go out, like us, the hotel's coconut chicken hotpot is a great choice and tastes very authentic [happy face]! The hotel is right inside Tianya Town, making sightseeing very convenient!

After comparing many hotels, I finally chose the Golden Sands Seaview Hotel, and I'm so glad I did – it didn't disappoint! [Happy emoji] The front desk staff member was really enthusiastic. When he learned we were on our honeymoon, he immediately upgraded us to a seaview room without a second thought. The room was spacious and very clean, and you could see the pool and the ocean right out the window. Check-in was quick, and I couldn't wait to explore the room. Unfortunately, my photography skills aren't great, so I totally failed to capture its essence. I especially loved the small detail of the clothes rack on the balcony; it folds and is fixed to the wall, so you don't have to worry about strong winds knocking it over and dirtying your clothes. There's a sightseeing shuttle for Tianya Town available in the hotel lobby, which was an amazing experience. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Hopefully, the weather will be better then, the sea must be even more beautiful! [Heart emoji] [Heart emoji]

Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, and the environment is very comfortable. Service: The service is excellent, it's just a bit far from the city center, making it ideal if you're planning to visit West Island or Nanshan Temple. Environment: The environment includes a swimming pool, and the stay was very comfortable. We even got a free room upgrade. There's also a clothes drying rack at the entrance, which is a nice touch. Plus, the hairdryer is a well-known brand.

Great service! Even with the typhoon impact, our stay was overall perfect. The direct access to Tianya Town was incredibly convenient. The room had no strange odors. My only minor complaint is that food delivery wasn't brought directly to the room. In the morning, I enjoyed my favorite tofu pudding with some dried shrimp – it tasted amazing! 👍

This hotel boasts an excellent location, allowing guests to book a town cruise car for pickup directly at the hotel lobby, making it easy to explore the beautiful town and reach Tianya Haijiao. The hotel's environment is stunning, with expansive lawns and coconut groves that are perfect for photos. The pool is huge, and the facilities are comprehensive, ensuring a very enjoyable stay. Front desk staff Liu Xu and Tan Guangyun provided warm and thoughtful service, which was incredibly comforting. The hotel's coconut chicken hotpot is delicious and worth trying. A short walk leads to the beach, where digging in the sand and collecting shells makes for wonderful family time. Whether for a vacation or a relaxing getaway, this place is an outstanding choice.

Due to the typhoon, we extended our 5-day stay by another 2 days. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly even on the night of the typhoon. The next day, the hotel was severely damaged, and the town was in ruins. I hope both Tianya Town and the hotel recover and get better! We stayed here last year too, my kids love it. It's close to the beach, and West Island and the South China Sea Guanyin are also nearby.

The parking lot is spacious, but there are no EV charging stations, so I had to find one nearby. The hotel has a huge swimming pool that leads right to the beach. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the beach due to a typhoon. From the balcony, you can see the Guanyin of Nanhai statue. The hotel's decor is pretty standard, and the breakfast was decent. The concierge and security staff were also helpful with our luggage, assisting us in and out of the car.

A very classy, nicely-run hotel. Everything was quite clean. A varied and high-quality breakfast is provided in the morning (I particularly enjoyed the coffee). The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The views both from the room and the pool were lovely. And the staff were friendly (the two housekeepers who took care of us were especially sweet). A great place from which to enjoy Sanya!
