The room is clean, and the overall atmosphere is excellent.

From our arrival to our departure, the staff was extremely helpful. The check-in process went very quickly, and our room was cleaned daily. The doorman at the hotel helped us with the strollers and luggage whenever we left the hotel.   Although there are many restaurants nearby, it would be helpful to provide clear directions, especially for those who do not understand Chinese. Despite the hotel's location being a bit far from everything, there is a beach within walking distance, and Didi rides are affordable. The resort vibe of the hotel makes up for any travel costs.   Additionally, there is a bus shuttle available to some tourist attractions, but arrangements should be made 24 hours in advance. The bed was very soft and comfortable, with clean bedding. My family and I enjoyed our stay, and the private pool was the highlight of our time at the hotel.   Overall, we would definitely recommend it.

I enjoyed my 2 day stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I stayed in the pool room which I really liked. The food was quite nice too. The pool is great, if you’re someone who likes Instagram worthy pictures their pool will give you just that. Daniel’s service was great, because my flight was scheduled for the evening he organized for me to check out a bit later and booked a shuttle service for me to the airport. The only con about the hotel is that it’s very far from everything else in Sanya. The only nearby tourist spot is Dongtian park.

Beautiful pool and quiet location great quality for price. Near Nanahan temple. Pool is joyous rooms excellent. Best in Hainan.

I liked everything. Quiet, calm place, a room with a pool is a must-have in such hot weather. The sea is 5 minutes away through the villas and a small park with palm trees. Special thanks to Molly Wang and Wiliam Huang ❤️ I recommend it.

I booked four rooms for this business trip. Beck, the manager on duty, contacted us in advance and helped arrange them on the same floor. He also asked about my arrival time and room preference. The hotel environment is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the scenery is beautiful. Breakfast was good too. The hotel swimming pool is very good. I went back to the hotel for a swim in the evening. This trip is very satisfactory and worth recommending.

I stayed in this hotel again after 3 years and was still pleasantly surprised as always. It is worthy of being Hilton. Both the hotel's hardware environment and customer service are unique in the local area. The rooms are also very large and the price-performance ratio is very high. Checked in late at night and upgraded the room type even though I didn't have a membership. I highly recommend it!

The hotel environment is very good, you can see the sea, and it is very close to the beach. I went to the beach for a stroll in the morning, it was so comfortable. Go back to the hotel for breakfast, then pack your luggage and go to the airport. I don't feel rushed at all. It is worth recommending to friends who like to go to the beach. The hotel is a good choice.
