The hotel is located on that part of Sanya Bay which is a good place to relax on the uncrowded beach. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is fine, being a foreigner the most attractive feature for me is a coffee machine with different options. For families with the kids they also offer different activities. I would recommend this hotel for those who wants to have a budget - friendly place to stay, close to airport, and a nice service. Also there is a TCM clinic on the territory of the hotel, where you can get massage or acupuncture session.

The hotel is nice and beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, but it would be nice if they have someone who speaks English. I know some Chinese so for me it wasn't a problem, but for other tourists it can be difficult to get some help. The room I stayed in was small, but perfect for the solo traveler. They cleaned it every day, and changed toiletries. There was only one problem, I spotted some cockroaches. Swimming pools were clean and nice, and you can lend some towels for free. The beach is super near, like 5 min walk from the hotel.

I really liked that this hotel is close to the beach and you can walk to the beach in 2-3 minutes. The hotel staff did not know English at all and we communicated with google translate. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good. For the location, it was a quiet area and a bit far from tourist attractions.

The hotel is ideal for budget travelers! The pictures are a true reflection of the place, which is fantastic. The hygiene is good, which is very important. The staff is accommodating, although I did encounter a single unpleasant situation. I asked if I could upgrade my room and how much it would cost me. The man, who could speak English, answered, “Very expensive,” without telling me the actual price. I asked again, and he said, “It’s 1500 per night”. I couldn’t believe that and looked at the exact cost of booking a new room. It was 1000. I came back and asked him again, saying that it could not be that an upgrade was more expensive than booking a new room. He changed his answer, saying, “It’s 700”. I asked him to tell me the exact number, but he just used some numbers from his head. I was very disappointed that he treats guests like that.

Only what make me sad that hotel not have money exchange,it is very hard for turist.because when o stayed it was chines holiday and banks not work this days,I stayed without money because not in all places you can pay via bank card.

This is a great place to relax. Of the indisputable advantages: close proximity to the airport, quiet cozy atmosphere, pleasant interior, qualified and caring staff. Gorgeous beach and ocean. Very nice views and atmosphere. There are entertainment facilities within 5 km. The environment inside the hotel is very friendly and relaxing. The hotel manager fulfilled all our requests, helped us a lot. We especially want to thank the staff for their help and care and patience during the quarantine. And want to mention Mrs. Vanna hotel manager, that carried every single our question 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻The hotel went above and beyond to make guests feel their best. This is the hard work of all the hotel staff. We are very happy that we chose this hotel. We will definitely come back here. We wish well-being to all employees and thank you for everything.

We are very impressed of this hotel. We ended up staying for way longer days! Thanks to the reception desk for trying their best to translate and converse with us in English. Special shout out to Mr. Xie Jie!! The place is affordable, spacious rooms, friendly staff and has the amenities that we want. We will definitely comeback! (Pools, Kids Club, comfy bed, accessible to the beach, seafood buffet!)

The hotel is nicely decorated and looks new & well taken care of. Alhough I think they could add air conditioning to some of the hallways. Rooms are clean and spacious, though ours said "sea view", the balcony had a wall that prevented us from enjoying it while sitting. You have to stand and look over to get a glimpse of the bay. The breakfast menu had some Western choices, but it's mostly Chinese. Lunch and dinner mostly Chinese, BUT the quality of the food was good, while prices are very affordable. I also appreciate that I didn't have to pay meals for my two daughters. The swimming pool is definitely the biggest feature of this place. With lots of shades, and the kids section very convenient for the children to play. They have floaters but you have to pay to rent them. Towels are free to use. One setback is the "beach"/bay in front of it, it's not for swimming. So if you're looking for a beach and all water sports to have a good time, this hotel is not for you.
