Cheguei meia-noite e cinco, extremamente cansado para fazer o check-in. Fui comunicado que estava tendo uma atualização do sistema e por isso iria demorar de 30 a 40 minutos. Expliquei que estava muito cansado e que poderia me dar qualquer quarto. A resposta foi ou espera ou procura um outro hotel. Entendo que as atualizações são necessárias, mas deveria-se ver quem ainda vai chegar e já estabeleceu um quarto para ele. Foi um infeliz acontecimento.
