This place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges. Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was "a menace" during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet" and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room. An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play. Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away.

Great central location, easy to find. The only downside is the loud speaker directly across the street that's very noisy in the mornings.

Nice clean hotel close to shopping malls and eatery places. The staff are kind very helpful. Breakfast was quite good with lots of variety to choose definitely will coming back next visit.

Had an enjoyable stay. Nice buffet breakfast. Good wifi, AC, and hot water. The rooms are small but comfortable. The location was great for my stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

The location is excellent, and although I had to wait an additional hour for my sea view room, it was completely worth it. The staff at both the reception and breakfast areas were extremely friendly, and my room was spacious and clean—perfect for a solo traveler

Great view of the sunset from my room, too bad not much is done on the waterfront. A SUNSET BAR would be nice to have at the waterfront.

Very old hotel

The hotel is located in the central area of ​​Manado, opposite to a large shopping mall, supermarket, and convenience store. It has a complete range of restaurants and is affordable. The hotel rooms are small and have complete basic facilities. It is not suitable for bringing children. The rooms are cleaned every day and the service staff are very friendly. It takes 40 minutes to get to the airport.

Opposite the big shopping mall, located in the central area, 10 minutes walk to the tuna stalls by the sea

In the city center, there are several large shopping malls opposite the hotel, which makes shopping and eating very convenient.

The room I stayed in was very clean with a comfortable bed and beautiful city views. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, especially the breakfast which is very varied.
