Very dirty terrace, no receptionist. Do highly not recommend. 🤷♀️

This is just an apartment. Old.. There is a lot of noise between floors,... If you are going to check in late at night at a hotel, you need to be quiet. Even coughing can be heard, but... If you are coming in late, you need to have some manners. Since the hotel doesn't make you aware of this, you probably don't know. First of all, this is a big house for this price. There are two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. There is an induction stove, coffee machine, cooking utensils, a microwave, and a refrigerator in the kitchenette. Water was dripping from the refrigerator, so I cleaned it up..... The bathroom wasn't as bad as I thought, but the curtain in the bathtub was a bit shabby. Since you walk around on the floor with your shoes on... It's not like it's super clean, but... I felt uneasy. You could have just told the hotel reception the address, but they wrote it down somewhere, so I walked there, went back, and then went to another house... From the first impression, it was a bad feeling, like they trained a dog. I have a bad stomach. It wasn't that bad, so I'll just endure it and go to the hotel from now on. In fact, after 3 nights in Seville, I made a hotel reservation even though it was a bit far. For reference, changing towels was 10 euros, cleaning was 20 euros, and leaving luggage was 20 euros. Seriously... I couldn't believe it... Even 2-star hotels change towels...

The hotel is located in the center of Seville, in an older house, close to the Royal Palace of Seville and the Seville Cathedral.

Everything was perfect except for the air conditioning, which didn't heat and we were cold.

Apartment in an unbeatable location! Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and spacious and well-equipped apartment.

The main problem is that the location given by Ctrip is not the front desk location. When we arrived, thanks to the enthusiastic clerk at the chocolate shop next to us, we were able to check in... so we could check in... This felt very unreasonable! The biggest problem is that this house has no elevator! ! ! So I need to carry my luggage up to the top floor...

Great location but it took a lot of energy and nerves until we found it, but we were warmly welcomed at reception and received very good insider tips - we would go back anytime.

The hotel is in an excellent location

酒店方在同意預訂新單的情況下取消舊單，卻臨時變卦，毫無誠信；幸好攜程全程跟進溝通並介入，避免了損失，非常感謝攜程客服和主管🙏。其他差坑點：1. 對行李多的旅人非常不便：酒店處小巷深處，離下車點有5分鐘曲折石子路，公寓亦無電梯，更添不便。2.到店後服務差強人意，幾次致電後客服才從另一酒店趕來check in。 3.浴室設施簡陋，甚至沒有電吹風。唯一優點是離王宮步行數分鐘即達。

Location was excellent, however the apartment wasn’t. Settee covered in stains, cushions smelt horrible so unable to use. Stains on lamp shades. Bedside light broken. No electricity so had to go back to hotel again to sort out. Bathroom was dirty and mostly held together with sealant. Stains on floor….. I could go on. All in all needs a complete overhaul. Also spent nearly 2 hours trying to get in as no signage or instructions

We stayed in Boutique Vida Apartment for 4 nights in November. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfectly situated for all the tourist attractions. Everything you could want o visit ; restaurants and bars were all within walking distance. The staff were extremely accommodating, helpful and efficient - nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend a stay here and would not think twice about returning.

Clean and tidy room, perfect location near by Real Alcazar. I love the roof top view and you can have dinner there with a nice sunset. This apartment is under a 4 stars hotel so with good quality of service. The room is suitable for family trip with party of 4.

Stayed in the "DUPLEX" apartment with a toddler. It was a nightmare and we even checked out a day early. Apartment itself is dated and ill-equipped. There wasn't even a sponge in the kitchen. Microwave and air conditioner are both old and noisy to a point where you can't use either when anyone is sleeping. Worst part is what hotel doesn't talk about - there is a long and very narrow set of stairs leading to the apartment. Getting up and down with a bag is extremely hard. Doing that with a stroller and a toddler was pretty much impossible. Hotel staff knows about it, but you won't find any mention of the stairs in the description or photos.

We rented an entire house with 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms It was built in 1632 with beautiful features We arrived early at 11:30 and we were informed that the house was ready for us , the staff at Halo boutique hotel were excellent and took us to the house It’s right in the centre so the location was perfect
