I used this hotel for my first trip to Huis Ten Bosch. The point I chose was that there was a large hot spring bath in the hotel. After returning tired from sightseeing at night, it was very helpful to take a hot spring in the hotel. The hot water was just right and the fatigue was healed. The rooms were upgraded on the day and the balcony overlooked Huis Ten Bosch and was the best. Everywhere in the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also rich and delicious, and I ate a lot and couldn't eat lunch. The attention of the staff was also detailed, and I was able to spend two days really comfortably. I would like to use it next time I visit. thank you for your help.

Like Holland, especially the night view, the hotel is like Europe. The elevator hall is beautiful. Breakfast is a luxurious Viking, gloves and each take, and Mr. Cook will bake ham. However, it was four stars. There was also a hot spring ticket in the garden. The good: + Spacious clean room with amazing view of the ocean and the 99 islands + Very nice breakfast (Ismir) and dinner ( 4/F Jp restaurant) all with excellent sea view which you don't normally get at a Jap hotel. + Nice onsen. + 5 mins away from the park at the peak. It's a look-out worth visiting. = I drove and enjoyed the ride up/down the slope to hotel as the traffic was not busy. However, do watch out if there is fog during certain time of the year. The not so good: - as mentioned by some other visitors that the bed/ pillows should be upgraded. - thanks to the reception lady who gave me a hand with my luggage unloads from car when I arrived. However, when I departed, was surprised that the lobby gentleman just stood at the front door and didn't bother to help. Overall, will use this hotel again in future.

The Watermark Hotel is one of five official hotels in the Huis Ten Bosch Park in Kyushu. It is located toward the far end of the park, but faces the waterfront, so the view is quite beautiful. The hotel is not too new, but overall maintenance is good. If you drive, the parking lot is near the amusement park entrance, and you will will need to take the shuttle bus to get to the hotel as it is quite far to walk with luggage. However, there is a complimentary luggage delivery service right by the shuttle bus stop. You can just leave for luggage at the concierge and they will bring it to the hotel for you( May take a couple of hours as they said. ) this way, you can go into the park immediately. There is also free tickets to go to the onsen but also need to take the shirt bus for 5 minutes to get there. Breakfast has a lot of varieties to choose from- both western and Japanese food are available. Overall this is very decent hotel for the price.

I have used a lot from business hotels to city hotels for work and sightseeing, but it was the top class customer service. I forgot the name, but the female employee who came to the front desk was very caring anyway. Such a pleasant customer service is Ku 々. It was cold and I was happy to respond when I asked for a blanket. The response of the male employee at check-out was very normal, so I think the hospitality of the female employee was outstanding and wonderful. The bathroom was large and we prepared a room where you can smoke properly. We also made requests. Perhaps there are many foreign guests, the female employees at the front desk pronounced natively and spoke English. This is a hotel where foreign tourists can stay with peace of mind. I rarely give 5 stars by word of mouth, but this time I will give it a 5 star rating. It is one of the hotels I want to repeat.

Room rate was cheap but our Japanese style room was very basic. The road to get into the carpark was narrow and hard to navigate, and you had to leave your car key with them everytime you go back to your room- even if you go up for 2 minutes to get something you forgot. Reception staff were not very friendly. Bathroom was small (even for japanese standards) and the ventilation fan was extremely noisy. Yet, the room was stuffy and hot and we went during winter. Ok if you just need a place to sleep as the room and hotel itself is still clean and has basic amenities but dont have much expectations.

I stayed for a non-smoking single １ week. The lighting-related switches beside the bed with indoor equipment, the radio and air conditioning switches that would have been used in the past cannot be adjusted (automated?). Large screen TV is good, but it is too close to the bed and difficult to use. Amenity is simple. The refrigerator can also be used normally. It is a unit bath. The place where the adjustment valve of hot water and water is bad and the potato is worried. There is darkness in the place where you can't see it a little. Overall it's narrow and cramped, but if you stay long, you'll get used to it. If you ask the front desk, you will bring extra towels for free. It's beautiful and chic to see, but the amount is small and I went to eat the morning buffet at another hotel and the morning set at a coffee shop. Because it is like this, it feels expensive as a business hotel, but this time there was a national trip discount and Nagasaki's own coupon, and it was good because it was able to stay at less than half the price.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks during my business trip last August. The hotel is very good as it is very close to the American store in Mariner Town. I found a halal restaurant across the road. It is a restaurant for Indian/Pakistani food. This hotel is a typical Japanese hotel with rooms almost half the size of European hotel rooms. The internet speed is slow and there is only one restaurant in the hotel that only serves Japanese cuisine and there is no replaceable halal food. The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient, but their English communication skills were only basic based on my many experiences in Japan. In short, I had a good stay here and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Sasebo and has a limited budget.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time this time. I checked in at the dinosaur front desk. It took a little trouble, but checked in safely. Great location, wonderful staff, best breakfast I had my entire time in Japan. This hotel was perfect for having to work on base. It is a 20 minute walk and a $12 cab ride. The staff only speaks some English, but the conversations we did have we were able to communicate mostly because they were so kind and willing to understand me. It is a small Japanese hotel, but the room was the perfect size for a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel to Navy travelers as well as regular travelers alike!

Very new apartment and everything is self serve. There is no reception but they will give you all the password to get into the apartment and your room after you booked the room. There is only 3 rooms in the whole apartment and 3 parking slot. However, 1 of the parking slot could only fit a small car. There is also a washing machine and kitchen in the room and clothes can be dried in the shower room. We drove to the closest Aeon (about 7mins drive) and bought the food to cook in the apartment. Highly recommended to stay.

It's a look-out worth visiting. = I drove and enjoyed the ride up/down the slope to hotel as the traffic was not busy. However, do watch out if there is fog during certain time of the year. The not so good: - as mentioned by some other visitors that the bed/ pillows should be upgraded. - thanks to the reception lady who gave me a hand with my luggage unloads from car when I arrived. However, when I departed, was surprised that the lobby gentleman just stood at the front door and didn't bother to help. Overall, will use this hotel again in future.

I have used a lot from business hotels to city hotels for work and sightseeing, but it was the top class customer service. I forgot the name, but the female employee who came to the front desk was very caring anyway. Such a pleasant customer service is Ku 々. It was cold and I was happy to respond when I asked for a blanket. The response of the male employee at check-out was very normal, so I think the hospitality of the female employee was outstanding and wonderful. The bathroom was large and we prepared a room where you can smoke properly. We also made requests. Perhaps there are many foreign guests, the female employees at the front desk pronounced natively and spoke English. This is a hotel where foreign tourists can stay with peace of mind.
