YYu LingI had been looking forward to staying at Huis Ten Bosch on this trip, so I chose the Amsterdam Hotel. Checking in was a bit of a hassle, as you had to enter the park and then take a shuttle bus to the hotel. The hotel's exterior resembles a classical European building, and from a distance, it felt like you were truly in the Netherlands.
The lobby is spacious and high-ceilinged, with European-style decor, giving you the feeling of being transported to another country the moment you enter. The front desk staff was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick. They also provided a brief introduction to the park's activities and transportation.
The room was more spacious than I expected, decorated in a European-style elegance. The window overlooked the park's canals and streets, a truly captivating sight. At night, the park, illuminated, reflected in the water, created a truly fairytale-like atmosphere. We specifically chose an exterior room so we could watch the fireworks, but ultimately we enjoyed the spectacular display downstairs with other guests.
With multiple restaurants and a convenience store within the park, there was no shortage of food.
Being right inside the park, the hotel was within easy reach, allowing for immediate exploration, making it much more convenient than staying outside the park. There's also a large bathhouse within the park, which also requires a shuttle bus to reach, which is a bit inconvenient.
Overall, the Amsterdam Hotel felt like more than just accommodation; it was a complete part of the trip. The atmosphere, convenience, and service were all unforgettable. If I were to visit Huis Ten Bosch again, I would definitely stay there again, and I'd even recommend it to first-time visitors. Combining both entertainment and accommodation is the true essence of Huis Ten Bosch.

PperezjbmBeautiful and clean hotel. 15 mins by taxi to Huis Ten Bosch. Be mindful of your time leaving to he train station by taxi if you're going to the Fukuoka Airport. It could be tight. Otherwise, it's pretty inside. The food was pretty good and pretty modern compared to other hotels we've seen closer to the theme park. I'd definitely stay again.

TTan Soon HockThe hotel is very near to the train station. Opposite side is the Huis Ten Bosch. If you don’t want to drag your luggages along the long bridge to reach the park, this is a good place. Don’t like a step up to their hotel as it is dangerous to my hubby to handle alone. Their tap is a bit old type to on and adjust for both hot and cold water. Serve good breakfast. Oh outside the hotel for the goat and ducks. Refer to photo

A few minutes walk from Sasebo Bus Center and a 10 minute walk to JR Sasebo Station. It is easy to get to Fukuoka/Nagasaki.
The hotel is old overall and the surrounding environment is quiet. After entering the door, you need to change the slippers provided by the store. There is no elevator in the hotel, but the floor is not high, so it is not big. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and generally clean. There is a bathtub and Wifi, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mustache, shampoo, shower gel, etc. are provided.

GGuest UserAn ideal hotel in Shito, not far from the jr station, you can find it in a while, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean and quiet at night. The staff are friendly and smiling. The location is good. It is convenient to go to 99 Island and Huis Ten Bosch.
Will stay here again when I have time, and recommend it to friends!

GGuest UserThe space in the room is large, but the bathroom space is a bit cramped. The room heater cannot adjust the temperature, only strong or weak, making the room a bit stuffy and dry. There are English-speaking staff at the front desk for better communication.

GGuest UserThe advantage is that it is very close to Sasebo Railway Station, 300 meters away, 200 meters from the bus terminal and bus hub; there is a laundry room, which is actually on the rooftop. It is also more convenient to go to the port to eat and shop.
The disadvantage is that the room is really small, very small, and there is a musty smell. The air conditioner at the front desk was very large, but it was not turned on on the floor, and the air conditioner in the room felt a little cold.
It's okay to make do for two nights, but it's okay.
