"A M A Z I N G. Stayed there for a weekend, after doing volunteering in Kathmandu. Food tasted amazing thank to Min parsad gautam, the chef. And also amazing service from the waiter Milan. Room was extremely clean, pool was relazing and fair prices. Staff really incredibile, expecially Kapil and Arjun, my two tour guides."

Chitwan Gaida Lodge - Animal Lovers & Birdwatchers Paradise

"I have visited Chitwan National Park a number of times over the yearsand find that Chitwan Gaida Lodge is the best place for me to stay. The lodge is ideally situated to explore both Chitwan National Park and also the BufferZone which is very good for seeing wildlife too, especially birds. You can hire experienced guides at the lodge who will accompany you. Tikaram Giri, the lodge owner is exceptionally good at finding the special wildlife of Chitwan, notably the birds and mammals as well and has many years of experience. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I particularly like the garden with its beautiful mature trees. Last but not least the meals are excellent. You can either stay in one of the rooms in the main building or in one of the cottages. There is good wifi reception too."

Rainbow Safari Resort

"I had been in this place a couple of times and had enjoyed the ambience. The last I visited was in 2018, so I went with my family without booking this time. On arrival things seemed fine, but as we began to check into the rooms things took a bad turn for us, The rooms weren't clean, the bed sheets were very dirty, and the bed made squeaky sounds every time our kids tried to sleep. We were promised breakfast in the morning, and on it they gave us an omelet and two slice of bread and that's it- in the menu they showed us set breakfast. The worst part was when my kid requested juice; they poured the packeted juice, added water, and gave it to her. Luckily, we chose safari rides from other local services in the area only to realize that the guests of this hotel paid 40 % more for the same ride. We didn't deal with the hotel owner; there was a second man at the reception, and we made all our payments with him. I am not sure if it is the guy who dealt with us or this hotel in general but we felt scammed because we paid good amount for the rooms. We checked out right away in the morning. Me and my family will never step in this resort ever again."

CHITWAN FOREST RESORT

"This place is horrible. We stayed in the bungalows So I can not comment on the new block. Our first ssue was the bathroom. The Taps were loose, and they placed toilet cleaning Blocks in the sink plug hole. Obviously to hide some kind of smell. However this made our whole room smell like a mens urinal. We had no hot water to shower, for the duration of our stay. But Bespite telling reception. Nothing was done. On speaking with other guests. They all hand the same issues The food is 2 options. 1 vegetarian and 1 meat or fish option However, our main issue was the noise. There is a club/ bar which played loud music until 02 00am. Once that is finished the neighbours' 3 dogs barked until dawn. We i mentioned this to one of the staff though it was very funny Whilst I acknowledge the hotel is cheap. The basis of any hotel is goodnights sleep and hot water to shower If you want some peace and quiet Look elsewhere."

Chitwan Park Village

"This has to be the worst hotel experience of my life so far. Nasty pillow, dirty room, smelly toilet. Had to ask multiple times to get anything done. I asked for toilet paper coz I ran out of them but I never got them. It was total waste of money."
