I was in premium room, room service was good. Ambience (garden with swimming pool) was superb, hospitality is nice. Interestingly, after the breakfast, surprisingly, rhino was just crossing the hotel (my two years daughter was really happy to watch). We made the YouTube video as well.

Best location and ambience.We did all the excursions with them.The guide was awesome and had full knowledge about his job.MD Manish was very helpful. Swimming pool was newly made and deck area was very welcoming.They even have a bar there. Thank you Hotel Riverside team.

It was an great time to stay in there with my family. First i would like to thank to hotel riverside management to treat us like a same family members.i realy like to stay in there. We like the environment of the hotel, it's really nice to stayed there for us.The hotel is near the river and we shaw many beautiful things from there, just like a rhino... Else😄. I just want to suggest everyone to go there and it's my experience,You will enjoyed your every moment in there.

Overall a very good experience. Great location, close to main point of Rapti Riverside , restaurants and bars. Very clean room. Beautiful hotel, exceptional staff, breakfast was amazing it was a wonderful experience and we definitely recommend this hotel
