We have been in Savannah in and out for the past two years. Have always stayed in a different place so we have good comparison notes. This stay is excellent and although everything is done online, response and solution to our needs were always prompt. Staff very nice, easy access and great location.

Property location is great however be aware of parking situation, especially during weekend finding parking spot is tough. And the garage nearby usually is full. Property doesn't have a security or receptionist so in the middle of the night (2-3 am!!) if you have bad luck and bunch of laud and noisy people yelling and talking all drunk laud in the hallway, you can nothing to do about it! I had a 2 nights very rough experience because of the noise and parking situation. The unit has some unnecessary appliances like dishwasher or washer/dryer but doesn't have a simple coffee machine!!! It's overpriced overall for what you get. I would not recommend this place

Unbearably Hot Room, Poor Compensation, and Frustr I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent stay at this property was genuinely one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The air conditioning in the building was not functioning, and the temperature in the room was consistently over 80°F, making it almost unbearable to stay in—let alone sleep in. What makes this worse is that it appeared the hotel knew about the HVAC issue prior to my check-in and no proactive measures were taken to mitigate the issue (like providing a portable AC) until I reached out and complained. Even then, the fan on the ceiling was noisy and ineffective. I tried to address the situation calmly and respectfully with the staff, requesting a partial refund due to the extreme discomfort. I was repeatedly met with vague promises, delayed responses, and a back-and-forth that dragged out over multiple days. In the end, I was issued a partial refund that still didn’t come close to reflecting the severity of the situation or the disruption to my stay. To make matters worse, when I asked for a late checkout after everything, I was told it would come with an additional fee. The lack of flexibility and empathy was incredibly disappointing. If you're booking here, be warned: if anything goes wrong, don’t expect timely communication, fair compensation, or even basic comfort. I understand that technical issues happen, but the way this situation was handled from start to finish left a lot to be desired.

The hotel is very interesting. 4th floor in an office building. Everything is done by email And text. And worked Our problem was that the air conditioning went out in the building and our room went up to the mid 80s. I called when it was obvious that there was no air conditioning. We bumped into fans being delivered to the building. The fan and ceiling fans helped. But with 2 phone calls, I heard nothing from the manager who was obviously off site. I got a message that the dishwasher leaked so we didn’t use it. The unit was set up as a studio apartment. Fine except no room for the small table. I peaked into other rooms which were bigger. Sofa beds are never the most luxurious. The regular bed was fine. The housekeeping lady knew nothing about the air conditioning. Incidentally, location was great. We were not disturbed by street noise which was great on the street on the weekend

Perfect location. Modern tasteful furnishing. The kitchen has everything that needed. The ONLY suggestion is to have the area in front of the building to unload guests stuff.

I felt like I was in my own little studio loft apartment. It was very nice and chic. The location is in the heart of downtown Savannah, so it was a little noisy at times, but I didn't mind. I would have gone to a quiet beach if I was concerned about noise. The level of security was great! You needed a code to enter the building and another code once you entered the elevator in order for it to go up to the floor of the hotel rooms. Then, once you got to your room, you needed another code to open the room door. I felt very safe traveling alone. The check in and check out process was seamless. I absolutely loved it and will be using Kasa again.
