It was indeed the right choice."

"Extremely satisfied, my child was thrilled. The camp is built on a hillside directly facing Sai Lake, with no other hotel buildings blocking the view in front, so the lake view is excellent, and the surroundings are very quiet. The room facilities are comfortable (for example, the disposable slippers are fluffy and thick, much higher quality than those in many five-star hotels). When we checked in in the afternoon, the room was very hot, but after turning on the air conditioning, the temperature quickly dropped, and the room temperature remained stable overnight, allowing us to sleep soundly until morning. The breakfast selection was rich. The service was excellent! Special thanks to the two lovely ladies at the front desk, Zuli and Xiao Mai, for their extra care for my child and for upgrading us to a room type with a more front-facing location. Every handsome guy driving the golf cart to transport luggage was very enthusiastic, actively helping with loading, unloading, and transporting our bags. When I called at midnight asking for an extra single duvet, it was delivered to our door within five minutes. Thanks again to Zuli at the front desk. Our family of three had a wonderful stay here."

"The location is great, very close to the New East Gate – you can literally turn a corner and be right at the scenic area (make sure to enter before 5 PM). The reception staff in the lobby were all very nice and even thoughtfully gave us a welcome gift. We booked a lake view room, but the surrounding buildings are a bit too dense, so it wasn't a full panoramic view, which was a minor imperfection. However, the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. Although the balcony isn't completely finished, you can still enjoy a fantastic view of both the lake and the mountains. It's a really excellent choice. And the breakfast – it's absolutely outstanding! It has Xinjiang specialties that are even better than what you'd find in provincial capitals. Superb! 🥳🥳🥳 Highly recommended."

In addition, the separate toilet from the bathroom is also very satisfactory. The oversized bathtub is very comfortable to take a bath, and you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the window, which is very pleasing to the eye. "Traveling to Sailim Lake with two elders and a child, a total of five of us, I chose this hotel because the room type met my needs – we could all stay together. The two elders slept in the twin beds near the entrance; they wake up early, so they could get ready and go out for breakfast. We slept with our child in the inner king-sized bed room, which could be closed off for privacy. The king-sized bed even had a massage function, which was a super pleasant surprise! Xinjiang trips can be quite tiring, so lying in bed for a massage at night was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was good, offering everything you'd expect, and the environment was pleasant. My daughter absolutely loved this place. The hotel butler also communicated with us beforehand and thoughtfully provided complimentary snacks, yogurt, and a fridge magnet. So considerate! Excellent stay!"

"The hotel is at the east gate of Sailimu Lake. It is very convenient to enter and exit. It has just opened and the facilities are very new. We have upgraded the room with a terrace. The service is also very warm. The clothes are dried too late at night to help us deliver to the door of the room. The room is large and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is too simple, the child wants to eat a bowl of hot noodles, it is recommended to improve, after all, the price is there, breakfast and the price do not match."

"Full marks for the AC Hotel Sayram Lake – highly recommended! My stay in the lake view room was absolutely fantastic. The room was meticulously clean; the entire space was spotless, the floor-to-ceiling windows were sparkling, the bedding was fluffy and tidy, the bathroom was odor-free, and even the smallest corners were impeccably maintained. The facilities were new and comfortable. Pulling back the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows revealed breathtaking views of Sayram Lake, with sunrises and sunsets right before your eyes – the scenery was incredibly therapeutic. A special thanks to Jerry at the front desk for his professional and attentive service. Check-in was efficient and swift, and he was gentle and polite. He patiently explained the scenic area's routes and local注意事项 to us, meticulously answering all our questions, and was genuinely considerate. His service throughout was relaxed yet thorough, making our trip feel incredibly warm. Both the hardware (facilities) and the staff service were impeccable. This is definitely the top choice when visiting Sayram Lake, and I will choose to stay here again on my next visit!"
