"One of the most satisfactory hotels in Xinjiang, the room is relatively large, the overall feeling is very transparent, and the hygiene is quite good. The hotel is located in the new urban area, and the overall layout is quite comfortable. Warm porridge at night: There are not many things, but it is just right for simple meals at night, suitable for babies who don't want to go out for food at night after a long journey. There is a Hotan rose pilaf near the hotel, which is within walking distance, and the lamb kebabs taste great. The only drawback is that the water pressure of the hotel is unstable at night, and the bath water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, which is unexpected."

"The 24-hour shuttle service was a lifesaver, and the front desk staff were incredibly responsible and patient, guiding me through everything. They even turned on the underfloor heating in advance, which was absolutely amazing! The room was so warm and cozy when I walked in, and the view was absolutely stunning. I even saw a little fox!"

"The location is excellent! Our lake view room offered an unobstructed panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains and the lake, being in the first row of houses. It's also very close to the East Gate, which we could see from our room, making access super convenient. The heating worked great, so it wasn't cold at all, which was a huge plus. The service was good, and the breakfast was decent too. We even managed to get food at 11 AM! Parking downstairs was easy, and there were plenty of restaurants. We even found hot food available after watching the sunset at 10:30 PM, which was fantastic."

Miss sister is very gentle. Hotel room is very cost-effective, especially pet friendly The bridge to the north of the hotel is the night market street. Beijing Road at the entrance of the hotel has a friendly shopping mall to the south and Binhe Park to the south. I went to Hot Spring County before I came to Bole. I was pleasantly surprised and will come again."

"The reception service at the front desk was very good. There was a problem with my order and the handsome guy at the front desk adjusted it for me in time. The environment is really good, the external greenery and area are very large, the rooms are also very comfortable and built according to five-star standards. The breakfast is also very good. "I chose Atour because I really like its decor style. Personally, I think it has a more artistic vibe than the InterContinental and AC next door. Honestly, the lake view rooms here don't offer as good a view as the InterContinental and AC; you're likely to be facing the construction site next door. So, I opted for a mountain view room, hoping the rooftop would make up for it. The mountain view room offers a glimpse of the snowy mountains to the south, but the foreground is the hotel's entrance road and the InterContinental and AC buildings next door. For privacy, I had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, so from a value-for-money perspective, a standard room type would have been better. The rooftop is perfect for watching the sunset, and if you're lucky, you might even catch the 'golden peaks' effect at sunrise. However, the southern view is blocked by the InterContinental's rooftop, so you can't get a shot of the southern snowy mountains and the lake in the same frame. There's a very friendly little cat at the hotel entrance; it saw me raise my phone and immediately came over to rub against my leg. Overall, if you just want a comfortable stay, you can't go wrong with Atour. But you really can't expect too much from the views. After all, the hotels by the lake are all a bit of a distance from it. For the best views, you really need to go into the scenic area or at least to an open space 1-2 km in front of the hotel."

"I originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!"

"I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sayram Lake! Before coming to Xinjiang, my biggest concern was the accommodation, but it turns out I worried for nothing. This place genuinely surprised me in the best way possible. If I ever get the chance to visit Sayram Lake again, I'd definitely choose to stay here. Room: Clean and tidy, and as a new hotel, there were no strange odors. The bedding was high-quality, and they even provided rubber pillows. Since the climate is dry, the hotel thoughtfully provided a humidifier. From the panoramic view room, you can see the stunning Sayram Lake. Dining: The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. Afternoon tea is served on the hotel's top floor, perfect for enjoying at sunset. On my last day, while strolling around the hotel grounds, I was drawn to the restaurant by the aroma of grilled lamb skewers. I discovered the hotel's restaurant serves fantastic dishes, but I was already full by then. I only ordered the lamb skewers to satisfy my craving, and as for the taste, it was simply 'fragrant'! Service: As soon as I arrived at the hotel, someone was there to help with my luggage, and the staff were enthusiastic and polite throughout my stay. Location: It's about a 5-minute drive from the East Gate of Sayram Lake. I think this location is just right – you can enjoy the scenery without it being too noisy. Bonus points: The hotel's afternoon tea is very photogenic, and the chef's yogurt naan bowls are incredibly delicious. Don't miss them, friends!"

"Let's start with the positives. The hotel has a large parking lot in front, though it might not be exclusive since there's a Marriott and Atour on either side. Still, we always found a spot even when coming back late. The overall check-in experience was pleasant. We received a welcome gift per room, and there's free afternoon tea (though the coffee machine was often broken, so equipment definitely needs improvement) and late-night snacks. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. The building isn't very tall, but there's an observation deck on the 7th floor. We checked it out at night, so we're not sure what the daytime view is like. The drinking water in the room was good quality, and there were complimentary local beers and soft drinks. We also had a good night's sleep. Now for some less positive points. Firstly, perhaps due to maintenance or a centralized AC system, we couldn't get the air conditioning to work. Secondly, the quality of the toiletries wasn't great. The toothbrush was mediocre, and for some reason, after twisting off the cap and peeling back the seal on the toothpaste, the opening was solidified. Also, disposable toilet seat covers weren't provided in the room. Overall, considering the 1500 RMB price for a standard room during the May Day holiday, it wasn't exceptionally good value for money. However, the overall service, privacy, and dining quality were decent, and it's very close to the Sayram Lake entrance. So, people can judge for themselves."
