"This was the most comfortable hotel during my trip to Hainan. The unbeatable sea view twin room was incredibly comfortable – just look at picture 3, it was totally worth it! The breakfast was good too! The amusement park activities included in the package were also fantastic, and the kids had an amazing time. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance!"

"The location is pretty good, and there's plenty to eat and do on Island One. The beach is just a short walk away, and ordering takeout is super convenient. However, for a five-star hotel, there's no doorman at the entrance. When I asked a staff member to bring water, I said ”thank you” and ”excuse me” multiple times, but the staff member just kept making ”uh uh uh...” sounds, looking completely listless, and didn't say a single word to me in the end. The bottom of the pool was also a bit dirty."

"Stayed in a family suite and absolutely loved it! The hotel facilities and services were excellent, and the location was super convenient. Special shoutout to the breakfast – it was delicious 😋. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Danzhou!"

"Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜"

"I have chosen the Borman Hotel more than once, and I feel comfortable service every time I stay. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Before arriving at the hotel, I called the front desk of the hotel to inquire about the surrounding attractions. The front desk girl explained very considerately, which was very comfortable. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hotel's breakfast is very rich, and guests staying in the hotel also have free parking. I will choose the Borman Hotel next time."

"The room is equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, water heater, kettle, hair dryer and washing machine. The facilities are very complete, but I don't know what is in the washing machine. After taking a shower, there is a little smell in the sewer, not big, but the smell is always there. The service is still great, the surrounding environment is also very good and convenient, it should be quite suitable for living"

"The family suite is spacious, clean and has relatively new facilities. The front desk clerk was gentle and proactively reminded me to scan the QR code to register for free parking when leaving the store. It's just that the family suite facing the main road was too noisy, so I had to turn on the small music to resist the noise. The front desk also prepared earplugs. Also, the water in the shower is slow and needs to be unclogged. The overall feeling of the hotel is good."

"Staying in Danzhou again, I chose this hotel, and the service was excellent. Xiao Mei at the front desk was very attentive and responsible during check-in. Seeing that we had a child, she specifically reminded us to sign up for membership so the child could enjoy free breakfast. The room was spacious, but there was a slight odor that improved significantly after turning on the air conditioning. Overall, it's still worth staying here."
