"The inn is right in the ancient town, and the courtyard is beautifully decorated, creating a lovely atmosphere. The owner, a very friendly lady, promptly provided oxygen for us and gave us great tips for exploring. It's just a two-minute walk from here to Guozhuang Square. At the Dalai VII Museum, there was only one staff member. When I asked about a guided tour, she got a colleague in Chengdu to give us a remote video tour, which was both unique and touching. This city is full of genuinely kind people."

"Excellent location, tucked away in an alley just off the G318 National Highway, making it a peaceful retreat amidst the activity. The room is compact but impeccably clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The owner is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to assist. My only suggestion would be to install an electric water heater in the shared bathroom."

"I initially chose this Zangbala Hotel because I had ”no other choice,” but the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was very warm, and with the electric blanket, I had a cozy night's sleep in the chilly Litang. The service was also good, and they responded to my needs promptly. Although there weren't many options, the stay was quite satisfactory, and I have to give it a five-star rating."

"Fantastic! The owner was incredibly welcoming and even helped us with our luggage. Parking around the hotel isn't easy, but we contacted the owner in advance, and they kindly reserved a spot for us. The hotel's location is superb, right at the entrance of the ancient street, so we could enjoy the song and dance performances in the evening. The facilities are excellent, with an oxygen concentrator and a humidifier. We could even turn on the underfloor heating when it got chilly at night. My husband suffered from altitude sickness and a headache, and they even gave him two packets of medicine, which made him feel much better the next day. The courtyard is lovely with lots of greenery. The room wasn't huge, but its smaller size made the oxygen concentration and humidification very effective. The oxygen machine runs until after 6 AM the next day before it turns off. The landlady was very chatty, and we managed to understand her Tibetan-Mandarin mix with a little effort, haha."

"The snow-capped mountains can be seen in the room, and the front desk brother's service is also in place and also helps to introduce the surrounding environment travel routes and so on. But the sanitation is relatively general, the mineral water in the room has a thick dust, the paper towels also have a heavy musty smell, and the toilet can smell a heavy smell without opening the window. I fell asleep with the smell of the sewer at night. I don’t know if it’s individual rooms like this or all rooms have a smell. The room is very small, there is no space to walk when you open the suitcase, there are few sockets, the room has no floor heating, and there is no place to charge when you plug in an electric blanket at night."

"Staying overnight in Litang is no longer a 'hardship.' Perhaps times are changing, or maybe this hotel is just excellent. With sufficient oxygen, I slept soundly, and my altitude sickness was mild. It was incredible that my whole family, including the elders and children, could stay comfortably for a night in Litang. The hotel facilities are new, the hardware is in good condition, and the service attitude is friendly, just like their other branches nationwide. It's clear the management team is on top of things and quietly doing a great job. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I pass through Litang."

"房間特別好，裏面綠化也特別漂亮。房間木頭那種味道有點重。（打開窗户透氣的時候會有蒼蠅飛進來，老闆要能安個紗窗就完美了） 一早一晚都能曬到太陽。。。。房間裏備了一次性浴巾，毛巾，這一點特別好。給滿分。就是我們住的房間離停車場有點遠。忘了拍照了。。。附上幾張美圖。哈哈哈哈。。。"

The room even had a ******* tea table, perfect for chatting and drinking tea with friends – so relaxing. Every corner was spotlessly clean, and even the pillows smelled like they'd been sun-dried. But what truly stood out was the service. The front desk girl was incredibly patient. When I asked for recommendations for local ******* restaurants, she not only gave me a list but also specifically pointed out which place had the most authentic butter tea. When I came back in the evening, she even proactively asked if I needed an extra blanket. Her service was attentive without being overbearing throughout my stay, making me feel even more relaxed than I do at home."

"I've been here many times, but this was my first time staying at Norbulingka Hotel, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I arrived in the afternoon, and as soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, the sunlight streaming in from the first floor made it feel exceptionally pleasant. The hotel also provides diffused oxygen, which is a great help for those experiencing altitude sickness. In the afternoon, I went to the old street to take photos and borrowed costumes at the front desk. The young ladies there helped me put on the costumes and style my hair; their attitude was excellent, and they were very accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was also very good, with both ethnic specialties and Chinese breakfast options, and the facilities were complete. The young ladies at the front desk were also very attentive, upgrading my room type for free and explaining that there was renovation work downstairs, and my room might be a bit noisy in the morning, so they were worried about disturbing my rest. Anyway, I give it a five-star review. In my opinion, this is definitely the best hotel in Litang. I hope my review can help others in need."

It's a complete escape from city noise, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in nature. Big bonus point! The B&B owner is a super handsome guy with high颜值 (good looks). He's gentle, thoughtful, and provides meticulous and attentive service, making the stay experience absolutely perfect. The environment, scenery, and service are all top-notch. It's perfect whether you're looking for some solo relaxation or traveling with companions. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to escape the city and embrace the mountains!"
