"I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Due to client visits, I arrange accommodations here several times a year. The breakfast offers a wide variety of items, but the quality of the ingredients is subpar. 1. The yellow noodles were sticky and chewy after cooking. 2. The dried tofu had a strange odor. 3. The egg rolls were filled with a bunch of ingredients, making the taste odd and complex. Everything else is good, but the kitchen really needs to upgrade the quality of its ingredients."

"During check-in, VIVI was quick and efficient, Maggie patiently explained the hotel facilities and breakfast location, and Harry thoughtfully helped me carry my luggage when he learned I had a lot. What surprised me even more was that Ada accurately recognized my membership and upgraded my room. The free Wi-Fi in the room was stable, the facilities were complete, there was ample 24-hour hot water, and the heating was excellent, making it exceptionally warm in the cold Northeast. The breakfast was plentiful and substantial, with a wide variety of Chinese stir-fries, freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, whole-wheat bread, and local specialty snacks to satisfy different tastes. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time."

"It is just over one kilometer away from Mudanjiang Station. The room is relatively spacious and bright, and the hygiene is OK. There was a tea stain on one of the teacups. The laundry room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Right outside the window is the People's Park. The air is relatively good. There is a night market on the street east of the park. Fruits are cheap. It is convenient to eat nearby. It is convenient to escape the summer heat here. The bathroom floor was so slippery that I almost slipped. The shower switch is not easy to use. It can only adjust the water temperature but not the water flow. There is no sign, so you will be showered with cold water all at once. There are few choices for breakfast, so it should meet your basic needs. The waiters are warm and polite, and the service is standard. The front desk proactively provides tea and towels when checking in. Extra bottled water will be provided on your way out."
