"Sind das zweite Mal in diesem sehr gutem Hotel gewesen,alles ruhig,sauber und gut gelegen. Service ist immer zuvorkommend und gut zu erreichen. Shoppen direkt auf der gegenüberliegende Straßenseite(Sieben Seen Center) Die Innenstadt ist über die Umgehungsstraße sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Alles in allem ,sehr gerne wieder."

"I have stayed at this hotel under several different management companies over the years. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, and the location is convenient. However, this stay left me with a rather average impression due to several service issues. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. It was quite messy, with yoghurt, jam and crumbs left on the buffet for extended periods. During the last 45 minutes of breakfast, despite the restaurant being very busy, many items were not fully restocked. We had booked a room with two separate single beds, but the room had not been prepared accordingly. Housekeeping came promptly to correct it, which was appreciated, but ideally the room should have been set up correctly before arrival. Another disappointment was that our room was not serviced during the first day of our stay. When we asked, we were told that housekeeping only cleans rooms if the “Please clean” sign is hung on the door. This policy was never mentioned during check-in, and we didn’t notice such a sign or any explanation in the room. The receptionist gave us the impression that this was our mistake.  None of these issues alone would be a major problem, but together they gave the impression that attention to detail and communication could be improved. The hotel has good potential, but some aspects of service and housekeeping currently prevent it from delivering the premium experience its name suggests. Overall, I would rate this stay as decent rather than “premium”. Super nice receptionist at check-in and the housekeeping staff were also very nice."

"Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, jedoch nicht vollständig, da der Saunabereich enttäuschend war. Die Dampfsauna war defekt, und die untere Sauna ist sehr klein – es passen nur zwei Personen hinein. Trotzdem wurde der volle Saunapreis berechnet. Das Frühstück war hingegen sehr gut und appetitlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel in einer schönen Umgebung gelegen und gut zum Entspannen geeignet. Trotz der genannten Mängel würden wir das Hotel weiterempfehlen."

"Idyllically located on the Faulen Lake and the edge of the castle park. City is well walkable but the bus stop is not far. Rooms are maintained and modernly furnished. Good box spring bed, refrigerator available. Something habitually needed is the free view of the bathroom. You can hide this with a hang. Delightful breakfast with view of the lake. The bar and terrace are open until 22:00. Parking available. Nice sauna with rest rooms inside and outside."
