"A small modern hotel set back from the beach. Clean comfortable rooms. Whole hotel is on one ground floor and breakfast is in the basement. Free parking on the road opposite. Small double bed. Simple breakfast. Overall good value. The main downside is that there is no outside or roof area to sit in the sun."

"Absolutely amazing place I came to visit with my family and everything was spot on! The waitress was an absolute pleasure to deal with and very kind and helpful. The food tasted great with a great variety of food options. I choose to have all inclusive and I do recommend it! Almuñécar is also a beautiful tranquil place, far from the buzz of Málaga but still has a lot of life. The room was spotless with a lot of cleaning and great mattresses. I really recommend this hotel for families and couples or a fool trip too. Please note the SPA and jacuzzi have different pricing not included, you can contact the hotel to reserve and pay upfront by phone or bank transfer. SPA 15€ per person, 1 hour session. Jacuzzi+ solarium 10€ per person, access for all day."

"Almunecar is a beautiful resort and hotel is central, near the beach, bars and restaurants.. The roof pool beautiful, and breakfasts had a good variety of choices. Only thing missing was a kettle in the room. We like to make cups of tea at the oddest of times "

"El hotel está inmejorablemente ubicado. Vistas preciosas al mar. El hotel necesita una renovación de mobiliario urgente. Esos muebles han visto como se rodaba la primera película picante de Alfredo landa con Betty mesiego y otra chicas del montón ( creo que así se llamo la película ) . Y el wc , es otro nivel ! No se ni cómo describirlo .. pueden tener 50 años . Quería hacer una mención especial a una chica que dice ser barista , y que según ella quedan pocos en España ( en Madrid pueden haber 80 mil ) jajajajaj a ver, su cursillo CCC sobre el café , que se lo vuelva a repasar . Si yo la tengo como empleada no dura en mi negocio ni 5 minutos. Además de ser una maleducada no tiene ni idea de servir café. Ahí se lo dejo . Los clientes vamos a descansar y a que nos pongan un café cargado con un poco de leche ( doble espresso con un poco de leche ) o doble cortado con un poco de leche x. Absolutamente todos sus compañeros , me hicieron divinamente el café menos ella . De coña ! Que me dio unas clases gratuitas de medidas en tazas sobre el café . Tú te crees que yo a esa hora iba a discutir contigo ? Yo, en mi negocio , ni doy lecciones de lo que vendo y mucho menos les digo que no tienen ni idea chascando continuamente la boca , yo soy una profesional y como tal , cuando me piden algo que no coincide con el nombre , me las ingenio para venderles lo que me piden , si dar lecciones a nadie y sin ser una maleducada. No tienes ni idea de atender a la gente para un jodido cafe ahhhh y otra cosa gravísima ! Mi marido ha bajado a las 7 am para salir del hotel y estaba la puerta cerrada y NO HABÍA NADIE ! Se ha encontrado en la recepción con otra cliente súper asustada porque llevaba ahí esperando 15 minutos y no venía nadie. Mi marido evidentemente ha tenido que rebuscar en los cajones para encontrar el mismo las llaves y abrir. SI SE PRODUCE UN INCENDIO ESTA LA PUERTA CERRADA .. no me quiero ni imaginar . En fin .. a tiro de playa pero en general le daría un 1 ."
